About this property
Charming Southwest Casita in East Tucson
Southwest style 1 bedroom that is colorful & warm. It's fully equipped with all appliances including a washer & dryer. It has a private entrance, Wi-Fi, Roku TV and regular antenna TV for local channels, full bath, 2 powerful super cold AC units w/heat option. Near great hiking trails, Sabino Canyon, Mt Lemmon, & more.
This is a beautiful old historic neighborhood. Lots of mature trees and great views of the Catalina Mountains. The neighborhood is awesome with very friendly people. There are basic services within five minutes like restaurants, Post Office, gas station, great thrift stores, coffee shop and grocery store.
For many it is the perfect location because it is 4 miles away from the best hiking spot in the area, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area which has waterfalls and streams. But it is not as convenient to the UofA which may be about a 20 to 30 minute drive.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING, guests will be charged $250 for smoking. takes several days & a lot of cleaning to remove the odor.

Located in the historic Indian Ridge Estates neighborhood. close to great hiking trails, Sabino Canyon, & Mt. Lemmon. Great neighborhood to walk around, very peaceful and quiet with pleasant neighbors that can be seen out walking around the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Best part for me is the location. Sabino Canyon Recreation area being 4 miles away is a huge plus, as well as being closer to Mt Lemmon on this side of town.
