Family Holiday

I have to say that despite the misfortunes we incurred on the way to the property and the delays that our children experienced thanks to a less than helpful airline, the welcome and overall treatment by Marie and her partner for the week of our stay was better than we could have expected. The property and surroundings are amazing and the owners could not do enough for us. We will certainly be returning and looking forward to some more wonderful family times. Thank you for all your kindness and understanding.

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write these kind words! We hope that your return journey was less eventfull than the one that took you to us? Say hello to the whole family for us again and all the best Marie and Ludwig

Very nice hosts

HOSTS: Extremely nice. Our group loves to play petanque. The petanque court has no trees around so it bakes under the sun (and heat!) during the day; impossible to play until the evening. So Ludwig & Marie installed night-lights for us to play in the evening. They went above and beyond for us. HOUSE: Very spacious with a bunch of rooms; ideal for large groups. CLEANLINESS: Excellent. LOCATION: Nestled in a small village in the middle of nowhere. Ideal if you want to disconnect from the world. WIFI: Great in some rooms (i could do zoom calls without issue), less so in others. Allocate rooms according to your work needs. AMENITIES: Petanque court, large pool, laundry, dishwasher, easy parking, etc. You may arrange bath towels and linen for an extra fee. Just remember to bring your own soap/shampoo. OVERALL, our group of 10 had an excellent stay. The house met our needs and we fell in love with Marie & Ludwig. I hope our paths will cross again.

Oh Rod - but that's so kind of you !! If I may precise: the ball court sits in the sun with no shade in summer ... the rest of the year, our customers are quite happy to play pétanque in the sun 😎😅 !! And the bed sheets and towels are included in the price - no extra. AND it was lovely having you: at the end of the week we just felt sorry that we never sat down and told each other our life stories - I am sure yours would have been fascinating ! So do come back whenever you want so we can catch up on that !!!

A refaire.
