I want to start off by saying that this house is awesome. It's beautiful, clean, spacious, the view is gorgeous, and absolutely love that it catered to little kids. On the negatives, the late check in is tough - gates will open at exactly 5 PM. After long day of travel with kids that was surprising. Check-in required a bit of extra assistance, which I'd suggest the host/property looks into simplifying for future guests. That said, once I got the help I needed, everything went smoothly. A small improvement to the process — like clearer signage or step-by-step instructions — would make arriving much easier, especially for first-time visitors.The description did not mention it, but no a/c. Would have been awesome if it came with stuff for the beach, Towels, umbrella, toys - anything really. Bought some beach toys and left there. Hope someone can get some good use.
