Marble & N. 128th across from Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (between Pebblebrook Golf Course & Beardsley Recreation Center). More Privacy with no neighbors in front or 1 side. One month minimum stay. Available now, January, February & March 2024! No Pets or Indoor Smoking Inside please. Utilities, WIFI, Landscaping & Maintenance included.

Beautiful southern breezes through the Lanai & gorgeous Mountain sunsets out the back. Pick our Lemons & Oranges if you like! Lots to do & everything is so close by! Max speed limit is 35mph. Bocci & Pickle Ball now, Torrent River walking line in the new swimming pool! Indoor walking tracks, Woodworking shop, jewelry, dancing, theater, movies, mini golf, Big Golf with golf cart rentals available! Some minor fees for some workshops & activities. Nothing too expensive. Take day trips to the Reservation, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Grand Canyon, fly to Vegas or Tahoe or California! Great place to be! Warm your innards in beautiful Sun City West, AZ! You can fall asleep in the fresh air in our new Lounge chairs on the master suite patio or spend evenings enjoying an adult beverage around an open fire while sitting in the front gated courtyard. The town closes down at 9pm & awakens about 6am. Very quiet & friendly. Max speed limit is 35 mph with many golf carts cruising.
Upon arrival, run on over to the Sun City West Recreation Center to make a photo ID card and pay your $91 per Tenant Activity fee (monthly). Then you are Free to Roam, Rustle & Enjoy the Fun! Swimming, Golf, Recreation Galore! You will be so busy with all the activities, meeting new friends or enjoying current friends! This is an affordable Staycation like no other!
The 4K TV has HULU, NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME & APPLE TV on it. Local stations too! Arizona Sunsets are stellar!

We love providing a clean spacious fully furnished home to visitors who wish to enjoy the warmth & friendliness we enjoy annually. We reside in North Texas & plan to enjoy more time in our lovely home in Sun City West after our youngest graduates from TAMU. Until then, we fly Southwest to Phoenix as often as we can!
