Fully furnished home in beautiful Sun City West

Come enjoy a fully furnished two bedroom, two bath, 1300 sq. ft . home in beautiful Sun City West. The home has the dish 250 satellite network wired to all TV’s and Century link Wi-Fi. The living room is equipped with a 42 inch flatscreen TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom has a king size bed with a 32 inch flatscreen TV. The in-kitchen dining room table can seat four people. Enjoy your morning coffee either in the comfortable Arizona room or on the beautiful back porch. It comes with a brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room, new microwave, new dishwasher, new stove, and new refrigerator. The property is within minutes of four beautiful recreation centers and eight gorgeous golf courses, all within Sun City West. There are also 20-30 other public golf courses within 20-30 minutes of our home, all very reasonably priced. Our golf cart is not included in this price and is to remain in the laundry room. Just about any type of restaurant imaginable is within 10 minutes of our home. Major grocery stores and gas stations are within five minutes of our home. The neighborhood has fantastic neighbors, is quiet, and is very well-maintained. The primary renter must be at least 55 years old as Sun City West is a senior community. The other occupants do not need to be 55 years old. No more than four people are to occupy the home.
There is a one month minimum length of stay required for the months of Dec. Jan. and Feb. and a 2 week minimum stay required for any other month.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A great place to stay.

Alan is a great owner and property manager. He is very detail oriented and always available if you have a question. The appliances were new and the house is very clean and comfortable. It is nicely decorated in a family friendly southwest decor. The location is close to one of the rec centers and easy access to the main roads for getting around. The desert landscaping is nice and my wife enjoyed the hummingbirds and fruit trees. We would definitely rent it again. Thanks again Alan.

Our host, Alan, was incredible in his communications, flexibility with our plans, and making us feel welcome in his home. We loved spending the evenings after a full day of activities, just sitting in front of the fire pit on the patio having a cocktail made with fresh juice from the many citrus trees in the backyard. We loved it so much we decided to buy our own house here! :)
