About this property

Sunrise Coffee At The Beach

Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on either of two decks with unobstructed beach views. Play all day at the beach, and then in the evening enjoy a relaxing drink on the back porch overlooking the swimming pool and sound side of Ocean Isle.

This condo is fully furnished, stocked and ready for your family to enjoy a summer week, or off season getaway, at the beach. It is on the top floor of the Windjammer on the desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Elevator access gets you up to this third floor unit, and there is a direct walkway to the beach leading out of the underbuilding parking. The main floor has two bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living/dining area, and a covered deck overlooking the ocean. The upper floor has a spacious Master suite, a sunny deck overlooking the beach, and a large covered porch overlooking the sound side.

Amenities include: Private strong Wi-Fi, Cable TV's in every bedroom and the living room, DVD, Netflix and Amazon on the living room TV. Remodeled kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, D/W, double oven, MW, two coffee makers (pot and Keurig). Washer/Dryer.

Complex has large pool, elevator, direct beach access, picnic areas and grills (no private grills allowed).

Restrictions: No parking on site for boats, recreational vehicles or trailers. No pets. Maximum occupancy of 10. This is for families, not college spring break, one renter must be at least 35 years old. Sheets and bath towels are not included. you can bring your own or a contact for rental will be provided after booking. For April through September we are only accepting weekly rentals with Saturday check-in at 4 and check-out by 10.

This is a great condo on the lower end of the beach so not as busy. Two floor set up on the 3 bedroom makes it great so everyone has their space.

Fantastic beach property

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. The views from all three balconies was beautiful! Access to the beach was so easy and condo had everything we needed. We used the outdoor grills two nights as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a great second stay here. We were in town for a family wedding at the Isles and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was still open which was really nice. Once again the unit was perfect.

Great location and setup for a family holiday weekend. Views of the ocean were excellent. Further from the center of town than I expected with less amenities provided for the cost. Overall, I would stay again when in this area!

Really enjoyed the oceanfront property ,it was such a beautiful and peaceful view while sitting on the couch or in the king master bedroom upstairs. It was very spacious , nicely decorated and we enjoyed it so much, we didn’t want to leave.

Our family has been vacationing at the Windjammer Condo Complex for 20 years. We had grown to love this spot like a second home, and decided to make it a second home!

Why they chose this property

It is an ideal location for a family vacation/getaway. Beach and pool for kids of all ages, elevator access for older knees (or tired toddlers), and lots of hangout space for the entire family.

What makes this property unique

There is direct, private beach access straight out from the covered parking - once off the elevator, your toes can be in the sand in less than a minute. Outdoor showers are at the pool and the walkway to the beach. The picnic areas and grills make for great cookout spots.
