This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath home in Island Park will make your vacation a relaxing getaway. With one California King bed, one king bed and two queen beds, the home sleeps eight guests comfortably. The two upstairs king bedrooms have ensuite baths. A spacious living area with all the amenities including a 75" LCD TV, wi-fi and DVD provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The house has a large east-facing deck overlooking a beautiful pond and fountain. We provide sheets for the California King bed, if needed. They must be laundered and returned to that bedroom's closet to avoid the $125 service fee.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash and recycling to the curb on Tuesdays and Fridays during the summer and just on Tuesdays in the off-season.
Please run the dishwasher and empty before leaving.
If you used the California King sheets, please wash, dry, fold and return to that bedroom’s closet to avoid a $125 service fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please roll trash and recycling cans to the edge of grass on pick up days. They are noted on the calendar on the refrigerator.
No smoking anywhere on the property, including the deck and yard.
Please run dishwasher and empty before checking out.

Absolutely spectacular communication with the home owner. Very nice location away from everything nit far from the beech at all. Nit a far drive to other beach’s and activities in the area and surrounding area. Very wonderful stay and check in process was super easy and simple.

The kitchen had really nice dishes with all the extras including a nice griddle for making pancakes!The outside decks were hard to beat. Beach relaxation

House was very clean. Seemed to be painted recently which was nice. Had everything we needed. Owner was super responsive which is a big plus for us. She was so helpful prior to our stay didn’t need anything during the stay. Easy access to the beach. Beach and Pool are walkable although a rental Golf cart is still nice to have. Plenty of TVs if you like that. Beautiful deck and furniture and loved being right near the fountain on the pond. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Loved the outdoor shower.

My husband David and I have been vacationing at OIB for years and we have owned property on the island since 2005. We also have an oceanfront condo (414438) that we rent. We love OIB and think it is the perfect family vacation spot. We have certainly enjoyed spending time on the island with our two kids and extended family.

Why they chose this property

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access or you can rent a golf cart during your stay.

What makes this property unique

This beach house backs up to a pond that has a fountain. It provides the relaxation of listening to running water without the cost of being oceanfront. You can also rent our kayaks and use them in the pond.
