Amazing apartment! Very clean and great location. Close to the community pool, short golf cart ride away. Kitchen fully equipped (not that we cooked but just in case). Beds were comfy. Manager was very responsive. Only thing is make sure you get the late check out before hand, otherwise they want 250 more

Best spot on the island! Unit is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Plenty of room to relax. The pool is fabulous and the pool bar/ restaurant has great food. Tony was a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!!

This property is not in Alice town, the dock is there. Heading of the listing should be changed to reflect this. However, it did not make much of a difference as this was our first visit to check things out in Bimini. We stayed during the off season in August, so there were not many people staying in the lodging around this unit. This is why I was surprised that the "reception" person behind the grocery store didn't know we were coming. Also that there was construction noise on the 2nd floor directly below our unit at 8am our first morning, when every other unit around was empty. However, when I contacted the general manager, Guido, the construction noise eventually ended. At 9 am all the electricity went off on the north end of the island, which was communicated to unit owners, but not guests. This was a concern at 9am when the outside temp was already 86, and the unit was stuffy. We left for a few hours, feeling a bit anxious, but were able to turn on the A/C again when we returned. When we returned and pulled on the front door knob to close the door, the door knob came off in my husband's hand, but we were able to pull on the locking mechanism to pull the door shut. I sent a picture to Guido. It was too hot to spend much time on the porch, but we wouldn't have hung out there, bird poop on the floors and a chock full ash tray. Lots of minor complaints but the inside was nice, clean and comfortable. Access to the infinity pool made this a great place to stay.

Mis represented. The property says that it has a free dock, but the dock is at the other end of the island which provide provides no value because you have to rent a golf cart, which is more expensive than actually renting a slip. The host never picked up the phone and it was extremely difficult to find where the place actually. I am a host myself and there’s no way in the world that I could ever list my property like this. The condo was nice and it was clean, but if you have a boat, there’s no value about saying that there is a Dock.
