Our guests rave about our private location with no passing traffic. 65" Smart TV, bedroom smart TV's. Hi power Bluetooth sound bar, recessed lighting, water cooler with unlimited drinking water, new appliances, full size washer and dryer, toaster oven, Keurig, microwave, outdoor grill. Beach chairs and umbrella are available.

Perfect paradise

The villa was perfect for our family. Spacious enough for us all, clean and we appreciated the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals there when needed. The location of the villa is amazing with great views. Don was great communicating all the details and answered all my questions. Great place to stay and enjoy Bimini!

Bimini Bliss!

Property was very clean and well stocked. Great proximity to the beach and pools. We did experience multiple power outages as generators were being replaced on the island. Can’t wait to go back!

Rejuvenating escape

We were three couples who comfortably stayed at the Villa. Don was helpful and communicative prior to our vacation and during some mixups at registration and golf cart pick up. The property is gorgeous. The home is well maintained, clean and perfectly located. We enjoyed our stay in Bimini.

Great location / Amazing stay

The house was perfect, excellent view and very clean. the owner was very nice and communicative. I highly recommend this house. The house is equipped with everything, towels, bed changes, everything that one may need in a kitchen and it even had shampoo , conditioner and shower gel in each bathroom. great distance from the beach and the pool and casino. We loved our stay and we would definitely rent this property again.

Bimini Escape..... Excellent.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was very nice for a short walk across the street to watch the most beautiful sunsets off the cliffs. The home has excellent space for our group of 4 with extra space for everyone. We enjoyed the board games they offered during a stormy day. Great home in Bimini. Thank you.

Great Property

Don was a great host, our flights changed due to covid restrictions etc and he worked with us on accommodating new dates without any problem. The property was right across from the water with an Infiniti pool on the beach just a few steps away. We loved the spot and will go back again!

Bimini Getaway

We have been to Bimini multiple times. This property is very clean. All appliances and such were in working order. The ocean view described was blocked by construction equipment as they are doing several renovations to the existing World Bimini Resort. You have to contend with the cruise ship that drops lots of people off a day. Otherwise this was an enjoyable visit.

Don was great, however, the property was not honest in the listing. Hurricane damage to the unit, rust and mold from the saltwater, celling fan remotes had dead batteries, TV's did not work because they were locked into last user...I would have asked for money off but frankly was just completely worn out by the fast ferry and over price stabbing by the resort. Mr Tones and Smidge made the trip worth it.

Would not stay here again

Communicated with the property manager on the 2nd morning that the lights and fan in the 2nd bedroom was not working and we were having a problem with the toilet. I never got a response. The toilet in the master bedroom was never cleaned. To quote my friend, he had to take a shower after using the toilet.

I kind of don't want to expose this property as it is clearly a best kept secret of the resort! The unit itself is spacious and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. You can WALK to the main pools, casino and restaurants as well as a beautiful private beach. Don the owner is very responsive, helpful and genuinely excited to have you share his amazing property. Do yourself a favor and book this place if its available. You will have all the comforts of home (awesome cold ac, powerful fans, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 FULL bathrooms and room for 8 to sleep). The key pad doors are awesome, no worry about losing a key or having enough copies for the whole group. Check-in was easy but a little hard to find, make sure you get Jamon as your shuttle driver, he'll walk you to the door to the check in office. Also make sure to head to the on property market for some snacks and drinks to fill up the beautiful full kitchen you'll have during your stay. Don has the best there is to offer at a price that can't be beat! Thanks Don! PS, take the SeaPlane, landing in south Bimini and having to take a taxi and a water taxi is a bit, well, taxing.

Great location

The location of the property is close to the private beach walkway, infinity pool, beach club and the Hilton. The property has unobstructed ocean views but without the price tag of being oceanside. Perfect for our group of 6 and Don was available and proved recommendations for our stay.

Great Stay

Space, location and amenities were all as promised. 6 adults in this unit and there was plenty of room. We rented golf carts as we spent a lot of time exploring the island, but it was convenient that the unit was within walking distance to the infinity pool and all the restaurants and spa at the Hilton.
