We had a terrific stay. Property in fantastic location to explore Seville by walking. We were fortunate to be there during the processions of Holy Week and learned a lot.Javier was an outstanding host--very responsive from the 1st contact, throughout our stay, and final details. We missed our connection in Madrid and he was very thoughtful and helpful in making sure we had a smooth, delayed check-in

The apartment is spotless, spacious and well maintained. Location was unbeatable and easy to get to and steps away from all attractions and with great restaurants nearby.Javier went above and beyond to make us feel at home straight away. We will definitely return there.

My family, particularly my parents absolutely loved our stay in this incredible apartment and location. Having a washing machine for clothes and a full kitchen was extremely helpful for any of the days we did not want to eat out. We loved the blackout blinds in every room and the balcony was really cute to people watch on the sidewalk as there are several restaurants around the building that made it very easy to get food if we did not want to go far.The location is absolutely fantastic. You can walk to everything and you also have the option of many supermarkets/groceries nearby. Javier was extremely responsive to any questions we had while we were there and he also was in touch regularly leading up to the trip. He was unable to meet us in person on our arrival day but insured he had someone he trusted show us everything we needed for the apartment. I highly recommend Javier and this unit. It really can’t get any better than that. The soundproofing was relatively good throughout the entire stay especially from noise on the street in the living room. Just be cognizant of your own footsteps as there is a unit below you and you can also hear a little bit from the unit above you but absolutely nothing unreasonable at all.Thank you for the wonderful stay and being a fantastic host. We also loved the map with numbers on it of the entire area and another document with all the restaurants matching the numbers on the map. Very nice touch.

This apartment was absolutely perfect! If we ever come back to Seville we would book this place in a heartbeat. Our family of 4, including two older teens, stayed here for 4 nights during the last week of May. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything, with all the cafes and shops just steps away. We had no issues with noise from the streets. The apartment itself is very spacious and very clean, and the air conditioning throughout was much appreciated especially since there was a heat wave during our stay. We made sure to turn the AC off whenever we left the place. The apartment was stocked with all the towels and soap (including dish soap) that we needed. The kitchen is also stocked with clean dishes and pots/pans, even salt and oil. The apartment itself was fantastic but the best part was our host, Natalia. She is the sweetest lady who welcomed us to the apartment and explained all the things. She also showed us all the maps and places of interest and recommendations which Javier printed/laminated and had ready for us on the kitchen table - so organized and thoughtful!! Natalia even booked a Flamenco show for us the next day, at a cute and intimate studio a few minutes away from the apartment. We really enjoyed the performance! The communication between us and Natalia and Javier was flawless. Really, we can’t recommend this place enough. Wouldn’t change a thing! Mucho gracias Javier y Natalia!

Hemos tenido una extraordinaria estancia en este apartamento. Su localización es magnífica para visitar andando Sevilla. Es muy nuevo, grande y está limpio inmaculado. Además, nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos por el anfitrión. Absolutamente recomendable.

Extraordinario apartamento en pleno Centro de Sevilla, junto al área monumental. Su excelente localización, nos permitió ir andando a todos los atractivos turísticos y volver fácil y rápidamente a casa cuando queríamos. Tiene 2 amplios dormitorios dobles y 2 baños completos. La cocina está perfectamente equipada con los grandes y pequeños electrodomésticos necesarios para largas estancias. Y el salón es una maravilla pues tiene un gran balcón con vistas a la calle con infinidad de naranjos delante del apartamento. Javier ha sido un anfitrión excepcional. Nunca antes nos habían ayudado tanto y dedicado tanto tiempo en un apartamento turístico. Nos facilitó muchísima información para visitar, comer, ocio, etc. Nos ha hecho sentirnos como en casa nada más llegar. Absolutamente recomendable.
