Wonderful location

An easy walk to Plage au Pont, probably the most sheltered bay in the long St Malo beach. In good weather, this was uncrowded, safe and clean, but the only facilities were public toilets and an ice cream man on a bike. The property, which is like a granny flat, had not been professionally cleaned and the washing machine was broken when we arrived. There is a LeClerc hypermarket and a Carrefour Express nearby. Parking in St Malo is difficult but there is a good bus service

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schön. Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen.Saint Malo und Bretagne sind sehr lohnenswerte Ziele. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet und etwas dunkel, da aus bauli hen Gründen nur Fenster zur einen Seite mögich sind. Die Nutzbarkeit des Gartens und Zugang dazu könnte man mit relativ einfachen Mittein verbessern. Wir waren, jedoch zufrieden und würden, falls wir wieder kommen, gerne die Wohnung wieder wählen. Auch unsere Hunde waren sehr willkommen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut nutzbar, leider werden Hunde in der Regel nur in Behältern transportiert dort mitgenommen.

Le logement est agreable conforme au descriptif, nous ne sommes resté qu'un week-end. Un petit bémol sur la vaisselle, tres juste pour 6.

Déçus !

Les points positifs de cette location sont son emplacement parfait et les 2 belles chambres sinon nous avons été très déçus par l'extérieur, difficilement accessible et utilisable d'autant que l'autre partie de la maison accepte les chiens et que la promiscuité est telle (1m entre la terrasse de l'autre partie de la maison et notre terrasse) ne laisse aucune intimité possible sans parler des aboiements. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de l'extérieur dans leur location de vacances.

Super semaine

Nous étions en couple avec 2 enfants. Le logement était tout à fait adapté. Nos filles ont dormi ensemble et ont bien profité du jardinet. Nous avons apprécié la localisation du logement, dans quartier résidentiel calme et proche de plusieurs plages à pieds.

Séjour au calme

Appartement très bien situé au calme dans un secteur résidentiel, proche d'un arrêt d'autobus et de plusieurs belles plages familiales. Chambres très spacieuses avec de grands placards. Seul bémol, les accessoires de cuisine insuffisants en variété, en quantité et en qualité. La literie et les oreillers pourraient être également rehaussés en qualité.

Bien situé proche de la mer tout en étant très calme

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Manquent cependant un saladier en verre par exemple, une râpe pour les légumes, et un séchoir un peu plus solide pour le linge. Très peu de contacts avec la personne chargée des arrivées et départs, c'est un peu surprenant mais apparemment basé sur la confiance.

Bonne location et bien situé

Location bien situé près de la plage 5 min a pied, d'un parc pour enfant à 3 min à pied avec vue sur la mer. Dans une résidence au calme. Petit jardinet. Bien équipé ( four, lave-vaisselle,...) 2 grandes chambres lit doubles. Mais salon un peut petit pour 6 adultes. Idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Locataire attentionné et à l'écoute. Je recommande cette location. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour des prochaines vacances.

Appartement agreable, lumineux et pres de la mer

Nous avons passes 2 nuits juste avant Noel, dans cet appartment tres bien chauffe, situe dans l'annexe d'une maison dans un lotissement, pres de la mer et a 5 km de St Malo. Moi et mes 2 ados nous sommes bien plu dans ce coin calme et charmand de Bretagne.
