Former Farm / Longère between Sea and Countryside.
The Ferme de la Caillebotte is a renovated old Farmhouse, ideally located between the sea and the countryside.
The view of the fields and the proximity of the beaches make it an exceptional place to unwind and discover this magnificent region, on foot, by bike or by car.
You will have a large living room and a beautiful double exposure kitchen with access to a beautiful outdoor area. You will take advantage of the garden furniture and the deckchair to taste the joys of eating out and relaxing in peace.
The main bedrooms upstairs will bring you serenity and are as far as the eye can see over the fields. The bedding is new. The bedroom with 2 single beds overlooks the rear garden as well as the bathroom.
The very high ceilings will give you a feeling of space, well-being and the house will make you feel calm and comfortable.
It is located 2 minutes from shops, 5 minutes by car from the beaches, Thermes Marins and 10 minutes from the Old Town.
Parking in front of the Longère.
From there you can discover the Emerald Coast, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Le Mont St Michel and the different districts of St Malo like St Servan and the Solidor Tower.
You will taste delicious pancakes and pancakes as well as exquisite oysters or seafood!

Très bon accueil, le gîte était a la hauteur de nos espérances, très bien équipé, spacieux et proche du centre de saint malo (2km) et des plages accessible a 10 minutes de vélos, ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture sur place. Un grand merci a la propriétaire d'avoir accepté notre chien dans un espace clos et sécurisé. Je recommande fortement.

Ancienne ferme typique de Bretagne assez bien équipée, très grande. Le stationnement y est facile. Elle est située au calme tout en étant à quelques km des remparts de saint malo. Nous avons pu visiter pas mal de sites autour de saint malo en 10 jours. Top !

Une hôtesse très sympathique et arrangeante.Un endroit spacieux au calme dans une maison accueillante pour un petit séjour sur Saint Malo. Seul bémol des wc broyeur à l’étage qui ne n’accueillent pas le papier toilette… Mais bon il y a quand même un Wc à l’étage!

Nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir, et ravis aussi que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour, le calme, l’espace et le charme de la maison 😊 Concernant le WC broyeur à l’étage, il s’agit effectivement d’un WC d’appoint dans la salle de bain, à l’étage où sont situées les chambres, qui permet d’offrir un 2ème toilette dans la maison, en complément du WC principal situé au rez-de-chaussée. Même s’il présente quelques contraintes d’utilisation liées à ce type d’installation, il permet notamment d’éviter de descendre la nuit et reste donc bien pratique au quotidien. La configuration actuelle de la maison rendrait son remplacement par un WC classique difficile sans travaux importants. Merci encore pour votre retour et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour à Saint-Malo !

Das Objekt lag sehr ruhig am Rande von St. Malo. Bäckerei war gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Anbindung an Schnellstrasse/Autobahn um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Bretagne zu erreichen. Übergabe/Rückgabe war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal.

5 jours passés entre amis dans une region magnifique. st malo intra muros, excursion à jersey, dinan,cancale. barrage de la rance la pointe du groin... tout est vite accessible à partir de cette belle longere rénovée.

Au calme de Saint Malo

Belle bâtisse agréable, assez bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Saint Malo et ses alentours. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Cependant, elle est très humide, et manque d'entretien. Il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur la propreté. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite à neuf. Les toilettes sont imprégnés de mauvaises odeurs. C'est dommage, car cela reste une belle maison. En l'état, elle ne vaut pas son prix. Pour terminer sur une note positive, L'accueil de notre hôte a été super agréable, sympathique et réactif au cours du séjour, merci !
