The apartment is attached the a larger residential property located in the every popular area of Bramley. The property is set back from the main road into Leeds, and is ideal for contractors and professionals coming to work in the Leeds area; boasting great local amenities close-by and also multiple bus routes and a train station for an easy commute to the City Centre.
The property comprises of large kitchen/ living/ dining area, spacious bedroom with double bed, a bathroom complete with a high-tech walk in shower and its own private outdoor area. Additionally the property also has free high speed wifi, a smart TV and roadside parking.
