Enjoy private and weed free frontage on this forty feet deep, gin clear, fully recreational lake (water clarity is 24 feet!!!). In the heart of desirable Arbor Vitae township, Diamond is truly a Northwoods lake beyond compare. Take in the spectacular sunset views with western exposure from the tommy dock or the spacious lawn and fire pit areas that overlook the lake. Loons will serenade you to sleep, while tight lines will grab your attention in the morning! Excellent angling action right off your private dock as panfish, large and small mouth are abundant and musky are common. Prime location, yet, surrounded by solitude.

Quiet Getaway

On the water, clear lake with very little boat traffic. Location is great with close proximity to all of the bike trails. Nice fire pit over looking the lake and sunset view.

Great Place

Great clean cabin. The lake is crystal clear water caught a nice small mouth right off the dock.We brought our two dogs our German Shepherd could not stay out of the water. Location is prime I fished a different lake everyday close to town shopping dinning etc. Will be back.

Relaxing getaway

Loved this vacation home. Enough room for our family with three teenage girls. Enjoyed the sunsets and the hummingbirds right next to the screened in porch. We enjoyed meals outside as well as campfires. Really loved that this home came with washer and dryer. I definitely recommend this location for all the conveniences as well as great communication with Bryan the host.

Great to be somewhere where the cell phone is not needed ( and seldom got a signal) no Wi-Fi also a bonus...Wonderful sunsets from the screened in porch or fire ring ( mosquitoes present but manageable) very little boat traffic made for good fishing (SMB and large rock bass). Cozy cabin, quiet area, wildlife in the woods (look for the pileated woodpecker...we could hear him but we didn't actually see him).

Always a great time on Diamond Lake!

We love Diamond Lake and enjoy visiting each year. The cabin is perfect for our family of 3 and our pup! The location between Minocqua and Boulder Junction is perfect for quick runs to town to shop and whatnot. The cabin is cozy and has everything you need. The screened in porch and the campfire area is our favorite outside of the lake. The lake is clean and great for swimming, fishing, kayaking and anything else your little heart desires. This is our second year staying here and it won’t be our last :)

Radlinger's Retreat Review

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and loaction of the cabin! It was a perfect size for the 5 of us plus our yellow lab, and had all the ammenities that we needed. Minocqua and Boulder Junction are conveniently located in approximation to the place. Small mouth bass and rock bass are abundant at Diamond Lake and could be caught right off the dock. The screen porch was perfect to view the sunrise, and firepit overlooking the lake was perfect for sunsets. Bryan was great to work with and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay, ensuring our needs were met. 5/5 experience, and we will certainly be staying again!

Perfect Vacation!

Home and location were perfect! Wooded lot on the lake in a very quiet, peaceful and relaxing area in the North Woods. Cabin had all the necessities for an wonderful stay home away from home. Communication with the owner was great. Overall we had a wonderful vacation golfing, fishing, hiking, playing games and just taking it easy. It was very hard to leave and wished we could have stayed longer.

Woodruff Diamond Lake Cabin

Lodging: Clean, comfortable and met the needs of our party of 5. We cooked almost all of our meals in the cabin and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Property: beautiful fire pit overlooking the lake which made for breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. Stairs to get down to the lake are well kept and really easy to navigate. There was a canoe and a kayak as well. We didn't have any luck fishing but we're not avid anglers. Such a beautiful place and we are so grateful for the opportunity!

Great time, great cabin, great lake!

Our family is a bit partial to Diamond Lake, so we were very excited to get back there! The lake is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family, swimming, fishing, paddling and much more. The cabin’s western exposure didn’t disappoint with the beautiful sunsets and wonderful firepit to take it all in. The cabin was perfect for our family & pup! Plenty of space, great open layout and the screened in porch & deck were our favorite places to enjoy our meals. Even with the no wifi, we had good reception (Verizon) especially closer to the lake. The trees being cleared out really helped with that! Thr communication throughout our stay was great and appreciated! We will definitely be staying again!!

Peaceful and Relaxing Lake Cottage

Our family of five and our two dogs enjoyed staying at this cottage on Diamond Lake. There was plenty of room and we found the house to have everything we needed for our stay. Brian was a great communicator and made the whole process very easy. We caught loads of fish each night at dusk off the dock. The lake is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Our favorite spot to relax, read, play board games was the screened in porch. There are also bike paths very close.

Family time well spent!

We had a great time! My kiddos (6 & 8) asked us multiple times, “Can we just live here??” Swimming was great, water is clearer than any I think I’ve seen, fire pit was beautiful, and the picnic table with the lake view was perfect for our art projects. Bryan is readily available for questions and was a joy to communicate with. Our family time though…that was the best…PRICELESS.

Great Getaway

This property is a wonderful place to get away from it all. My wife and I had a great time staying here. The cottage is very clean, quiet, and well equipped. Just bring food and get ready to relax. There is both a charcoal and gas grill so you can choose which you prefer. The sunsets are awesome just like the listing says. We saw loons on the lake every day. The lake is very clean and clear. The fishing was not the best when we were there. We tried 2 other lakes nearby and didn't have much luck there either. There was a cool front that came through, and 2 storms, so I think that might have affected the fishing. Diamond Lake would be a great skiing and tubing lake though. We still had a great time. We ate at Little Bohemia one night, and saw where the gun fight was between John Dillinger and the police, and other memorabilia. It was very interesting. Bryan, the owner stopped by a couple times during our stay to bring propane for the furnace and pick up our garbage. It got pretty chilly a couple nights. He was very kind and helpful. There are neighbors close by, but we hardly heard a sound from them. This was really a great trip, and I would recommend this property to all. PS, our dog Willow ,loved it here too! Thanks Bryan

August family getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks in august at this sweet cabin away from the hustle and bustle. The sunsets were amazing (we rated them each evening as a family) and the western wind kept most of the mosquitoes at bay. Being away from WiFi was so good too. Great time to connect and enjoy family time and great swimming with crystal clear water off the dock. The cabin is close to great hikes and local attractions. Thank you for an amazing summer getaway.

Recharge our batteries time

The cabin was neat and clean. Perfect size for 2 adults. Kitchen was well appointed with all appliances in working order. Printed instructions on how to work the toaster over would be helpful. Drawers and cupboards were filled with needed plates, glasses and cutlery. All needed linens and towels were clean and easy to find. Good location with stores, restaurants and activities well with in driving distance. Our favorite activity was building a fire in the firepit as the sun was setting , we sat next to the fire until darkness surrounded us.

Awesome getaway

The lake is beautiful and full of fish. We caught smallmouth, rock bass, and plenty of bluegills. If your looking for wifi, cable TV, and good phone reception. This cabin isn't for you. If you want to hear the loons, jump off the dock, and enjoy the view. Than this is the place!!

Great Getaway

Everything was as advertised. Great location and truly a peaceful destination. Rustic cabin brings you back and communication was great with the owner. Rock bottom lake as advertised so not super great for swimming but, manageable with water shoes. Good dock fishing for kids. We caught panfish, rock bass, and some nice small mouth bass. Water is crystal clear and dusk views are amazing from the cabin, fire pit, or lake.
