This 2-story condo is located at the end of a small private complex, right in the town center. You can easily walk to eateries, shopping boutiques, Old Town Pasadena, and the famous Rose Bowl Stadium. Only a twenty-minute drive and you’ll be in Downtown L.A., ready to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, or the Dodgers Stadium.
Filled with natural light, the living room features a large and comfortable sofa, fireplace, Smart TV, and access to the outdoor area through the glass doors providing abundant daylight into the room.
The functional and bright kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a microwave, all cookware and tableware needed, dual sinks, and wooden cabinets offering a lot of storage space.
The pub-style high table in the dining area provides an inviting spot to share meals with your friends and relatives. This space is also outfitted with a buffet, a bookshelf, and a ceiling fan.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king-size bed, lush linens and pillows, and a private bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The second one offers a queen-size bed, lush linens and pillows, a desk and chair for office duties, Smart TV, and a large closet with mirrored doors.
There are two other bathrooms in this home. The one connected to the guest bedroom is equipped with a stand-up shower, and the other is a powder room.
This unit also features a fenced patio area, outfitted with a small outdoor table, chairs, and multiple potted plants and flowers. It’s a lovely space to relax, enjoy breakfast, or sip on your favorite beverage at night.

BATHROOMS: There are two and a half bathrooms in this home. One with a tub/shower combination, one with a shower, and one powder room.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: One of the advantages of the bottom level is that you can park one car in the underground garage, which has direct access to the unit. For more cars, street parking is available (overnight parking will require a permit from the city of Pasadena).
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
