This unit has 4 queen size beds so it is best for up to 8 people. In addition, it also has an extra queen size airbed.

Just a few minutes driving from Old Town Pasadena, the house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to freeway 210 and 134.

Before booking, please read the following rules carefully.
1. Cannabis smoking is prohibited in the property.
2. No party at any time
3. No pet is allowed
4. Guest must report any issue one hour after checking in and host will try to address the issue as soon as possible.
5. Maximum number of guests is 8, no additional guest is allowed to enter the property without pre-approval. Violation will incur a penalty of $50 per person per day.

Communication with host fine, easy access - great parking off street. Open floor plan - plenty of space, nice having each room with a bathroom. plenty of typical kitchen dishes, utensils but if you were planning to make a large meal you may find it lacking. We would stay again.

Perfect property for a friends vacation

With 4 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms, and a spare, this house worked beautifully for 4 over 40 friends in town for an event! Tim is communicative, and was so very accommodating to us. The house is tucked in a cute neighborhood, and is really quiet (if you're like me, and are sensitive to street sounds). It has 2 rooms downstairs, which was great for one of our members who had torn her meniscus 2 days before we came to town. Hopefully we can come back for next year!

Perfect for our needs

This place was absolutely perfect for our ladies getaway… us each having our own bathroom was so nice and saved us so much time. The host was very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. The house is lovely, though very bare bones as far as decor or amenities. That did not take away from enjoying the space, it was perfect. I’d recommend this place and would book again for our yearly visit. Thanks, Tim! Your professionalism was outstanding.

Family Time

Overall our stay great! There are a few minor things we noticed that could be improved. Not enough wine glasses, there should be enough for as many guests the house can accommodate. The couches were not very comfortable. The place was very nice and clean but almost sterile and could be made a little more homey. Also checkout rules were very unclear. We have stayed in numerous Vrbos so we just followed what we have done in the past. We all this being said we would recommend this property. It suited our needs and the area was very nice and quiet.

Big house, clean and great location

House appears new which is great, but also could use some additional details to make it have a less clinical feel. We only were there to sleep and didnt spend much time at the house. Some suggestions include: The kitchen could really benefit from proper china, cutlery and household items instead of throw away items. Bathrooms could use a bad math to not slip on floors. It feels cheap for a place that is expensive to rent. As said overall the property and location could be a great choice thank you for letting us stay
