Welcome to Courtyard View is a luxurious, converted single-storey cottage in the heart of Derbyshire, sleeping up to six guests. Designed for modern open plan living while keeping a warm and homely feel, it offers beautiful garden views with access to a 6 seater hot tub.
Inside the bright and spacious kitchen, dining and living area provides everything you need for relaxed meals or special occasions, with a fully equipped kitchen, large yew-wood dining table and comfortable lounge seating with a 55" Smart TV. Enjoy three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate large shower and bath, plus an additional utility room with washing machine.
Outside, guests can enjoy landscaped gardens, perfect for picnics or why not exploring the surrounding footpaths duck pond a 10 min walk away.
Please note Courtyard View is strictly no smoking and unable to accept pets. Parking is included for up to 2 vehicles. The hot tub is shared alongside a second property on site.
