Warm and cosy property. Well equipped and clean. Well located for nice walks across the moor. Two pubs close by. Food at the red lion was excellent. Short taxi ride to Bakewell if you enjoy nice shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay as the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Living room and kitchen area are pretty, and the remodel done in the rooms was lovely. Great water pressure and comfortable beds. Note: A Clothes washer is included but not the dryer. Also, as of the time of this review, the listing address was given to us from Sykes Holiday Rentals with a different home name than this one. Even though this town and address was included, when we added the whole (plus the house name), Google Maps took us to a location 30 minutes drive away.
