Situated just steps from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the harbour front, 3 Lower Saltings has been comfortably furnished, is well equipped and the ideal bolthole for those looking to take in all the town has to offer.

Set in a shared courtyard, the apartment has two steps leading down into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has a Smart TV. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and a stable door which gives access to the shared courtyard. In the wet room is a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Lovely flat close to the beach

Great location - minutes from the popular and beautiful Porthmeor beach as well as a quick walk to the Harbour and town. Cosy flat with everything we needed for the week and very clean. Only area of improvement: we had problems with the hot water/boiler. Called the support number and they were very supportive and assisted us promptly.

Fantastische locatie vlak aan zee!

Het huisje is gelegen op een mooie locatie, pal naast het strand en dicht bij het centrum. Het huis zelf vonden wij heel knus maar de ventilatie laat te wensen over. Er zat schimmel aan de muur, dat is niet gezond. Het huis kan niet lekker geventileerd worden. Verder was alles aanwezig, iets meer pannen en koekenpannen zou fijn zijn.
