Welcome to Double Retreat, a one-of-a-kind Scottsdale getaway that combines Cottage Oasis Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats and Pool House Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats—two complete vacation homes directly across the street from one another.

With 4,400+ square feet, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 private pools, a 72-jet hot tub, five living and gathering spaces, two kitchens, two private grassy backyards and flexible sleeping accommodations for 16+ guests, Double Retreat gives larger groups something difficult to find in a single vacation home: plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out.

Gather everyone at one home for dinner, pool time or games, then retreat to separate spaces when you want a little privacy. It's an ideal setup for extended families, multi-generational vacations, reunions and groups of friends.

TWO HOMES DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET

Cottage Oasis Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats features a private saltwater pool with Baja shelf and water loungers, a 72-jet hot tub, three living/gathering spaces, separate Garden Studio, grassy backyard and inviting outdoor areas.

Pool House Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats offers its own freshwater pool with shallow and deep areas, a large grassy backyard, dedicated Media Room with Xbox, second living room and plenty of space for relaxing and playing.

Your reservation includes exclusive use of BOTH homes.

• Garden Studio – Separate backyard retreat with mini-split A/C & heat, Smart TV, workspace and additional sleeping option
• Finished Utility Room – Private room with a door; accommodates a Queen air mattress or Twin rollaway
• Media Room – Twin sleeper ottoman
• Additional Options – Queen air mattress, Twin rollaway and comfortable sofas
• Pack 'n Play available

Linens, pillows and bedding are provided for designated supplemental sleeping options.

TWO PRIVATE POOLS + 72-JET HOT TUB

Why settle for one pool when your group can have two?

Cottage Oasis features a saltwater pool with Baja shelf and water loungers, plus a 72-jet hot tub that is serviced regularly and kept hot.

Pool House has its own freshwater pool with shallow and deep areas and a large grassy backyard.

Optional pool heating is available for $25–$65 per pool, per day depending on season and outdoor temperature. A 2-day minimum applies. Please request heat at least 24 hours in advance. The hot tub does not require an additional heating fee.

FIVE LIVING & GATHERING SPACES

With five gathering areas between the homes, everyone doesn't have to do the same thing at the same time.

Cottage Oasis:
• Family Room with 75" Smart TV and fireplace
• Front Living Room for conversation, reading and games
• Separate Garden Studio—our backyard “She Shed”—with Smart TV, lounging area, workspace, heating and A/C

Pool House:
• Media Room with 55" 4K Smart TV, Xbox One Digital and dual-reclining media sofa
• Second Living Room with 55" Smart TV

Kids can watch a movie while adults visit, someone can work while others enjoy the pool, or different families can simply enjoy their own space.

TWO FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS

Both homes feature full kitchens equipped for cooking and entertaining, including quality cookware, gas cooking, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and everyday essentials. Cottage Oasis also includes a Vitamix and crockpot.

For a larger group, having two kitchens and two refrigerators can make a big difference.

OUTDOOR LIVING × 2

Enjoy multiple patios, two private enclosed grassy backyards, outdoor dining and lounge areas, BBQs and plenty of Arizona sunshine.

Have coffee outside, spend the afternoon at either pool, grill dinner, play in the yard and finish the evening in the hot tub.

DOG-FRIENDLY

Both homes have private enclosed grassy backyards and doggy doors.

Up to 3 dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $125 pet fee per stay. Please provide breed and age for approval. Dogs must be house-trained, and guests must pick up all pet waste. A $25 cleanup fee applies if waste is left behind.

Cats and other non-dog animals are not permitted. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee, applicable cleaning or damage charges, and may result in termination of the stay.

WORK, WIFI & ENTERTAINMENT

Both homes offer 1 Gig high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple dedicated workspaces.

Entertainment includes multiple Smart TVs, Hulu + Live TV, Netflix, Xbox One Digital, board and card games, cornhole, pool basketball, pool floats and toys.

You'll also have two full-size laundry areas—especially convenient for larger groups and longer stays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES
POOL HEAT & EQUIPMENT

Pool heat is available for $25–$65 per pool, per day, depending on season and outdoor temperatures, with a 2-day minimum and 24-hour advance request. Heating both pools requires separate heating charges.

The Cottage Oasis hot tub is kept hot with no additional heating fee.

Please do not remove the pool vacuum while swimming. Simply move it gently to the side. It is connected to the filtration system, and improper removal can cause equipment damage.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

Only registered guests are permitted at the properties. Outside visitors require prior written approval from the host.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Parties and events are not permitted. Both homes are in established residential neighborhoods, and we ask guests to respect our neighbors.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please keep voices, music and pool activity at respectful levels. The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces noise regulations, and guests are responsible for citations or fines resulting from violations during their stay.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside either home or anywhere on either property.

POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY

There are no lifeguards on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around both pools and the hot tub. Guests must follow all posted safety rules.

CROSSING BETWEEN THE HOMES

Cottage Oasis and Pool House are directly across a residential street from one another. Please use appropriate caution when moving between the properties. Children should always be supervised when crossing the street.

TWO HOMES, ONE RESERVATION

Your reservation provides private access to both homes and their guest amenities. There are no shared interior spaces, pools, yards or patios with other vacation guests.

Each home has its own entrance, kitchen, living spaces, laundry, backyard and pool.
