The host was great. The house was great, especially the kitchen in between two great rooms. The pool and hot tub was nice to have though we only used them a few times. Location is great. The eight bedrooms fit our 13 adults and one child fairly well, though we would have preferred it if there was just one bunkbed bedroom. We had one appliance issue but they jumped on it and fixed it right away.

Hello! We were happy with the ease of host communication and information available pertaining to our 5 day stay. The property was well kept in the living areas and had plenty of essentials to make the stay as comfortable as possible. My group enjoyed the kitchen/living spaces where there's plenty of space for us to congregate in, along with the fact that there was an excellent laundry room readily available. We were active throughout the day participating in sporting events and also indulging in morning hikes, so it was nice to be able to clean sweaty clothing for the duration of stay. We wished the outdoor space was prepared as well as the interior spaces. In particular, the sport court sports bin was sparse, with only a handful of small sports balls that were flat nor have an air pump to fill them up to use. The putting green had a split in the middle of it where the velcro seam is located. Albeit minuscule in the grand scheme of things, that just joined the list of small outdoors mishaps that made the space feel more like an afterthought. Overall a solid place for large groups!

Amazing Stay

If you have been looking for hours on a house for you and your friends, look no further. This is the perfect house for everyone. It has everything you can possibility need. It was spotless and exactly how the pictures show. We all agreed it was the best house we have ever stayed in. The owners were incredibly responsive as well.

June get away for HS retreat

It was exactly what we wanted/needed. Plenty of outdoor stuff for our group to do. And plenty of space indoors. Darlene was amazing to work with-very kind from start to finish, answered all my many questions. Felt really prepared for our stay. The house /pool house was very beautiful & very clean. Had a great home-y feeling. Our group had a great time. The location made grabbing food and other necessities very convenient. We made some fun memories & are very grateful.

This ended up being the perfect spot for myself and a group of friends to spend a long weekend in Scottsdale. I've found home rentals to usually be hit or miss in the past, but this one hit on all categories. Perfectly clean inside, modern and clearly well maintained. Plenty of indoor space to gather and no shortage of bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone space and comfort. The backyard is as great as the pics, especially loved the hot tub. Do need to be a little mindful of the noise level outside after dark, but it was no problem for us. Shoutout to Darlene, who from start to finish was super helpful answering any and all questions, and just making sure we were set to have a great time. Would definitely rent again.

This inside of the house is beautifully decorated and the beds/linens are very comfortable. The house is very spacious for a big group with 2 large living spaces. The kitchen is well stocked with enough dinnerware and silverware. The pots and pans are in need of replacement as they are non-stick and flaking away. Most of the spatulas have the same problem. There is a tree in the backyard that continually drops small leaves into the pool. Maybe we came in the wrong month and this might not happen year round, but it was annoying for sure b/c the deck was covered and then we drug all that into the house. You may want to ask about pool service if you're staying more than a weekend. Overall we had a great stay and everything was well stocked compared to other VRBO's we've stayed at. Communication with the agent was quick and friendly and she was willing to answer all of our questions.

Home was beautiful & clean. Darlene & Vincent were very responsive. Home was exactly as described. Pool needed cleaning, it was cleaned on our check out day. Jacuzzi was not operational. There are no pool lights. If you are looking for a nice QUIET place to stay, this is the spot. If you are looking to enjoy time with friends & family outside this isn’t the rental for you. Neighbors are not friendly. We received a noise complaint in the morning while enjoying the pool. We literally had a karaoke mic speaker & received a complaint. Home is beautiful, location is beautiful, host is wonderful.

Thank you for the 5-star review and your additional content. We will address a few items here so that future guests have a complete understanding. Our pools are maintained and cleaned regularly, especially before guests arrive. Referring to our text stream during your visit, there wasn't any mention from you about the pool needing attention, other than the lights. We would have immediately sent someone over to assist, as leaves falling and the elements of weather are hard to anticipate. The hot tub did need some attention from our pool guy, and he made it to the property on Monday, your day of departure. We were unable to get him to the property any earlier, although we tried. Regarding the noise: the city of Scottsdale has noise ordinances for vacation rentals, so we follow those guidelines. Our communication to our guests states no excessive noise, and in the case of a karaoke mic, this would be considered excessive noise, as it carries. We did appreciate you moving it inside once the neighbor contacted us. Thanks, again, for staying with us. StayWithStyleScottsdale
