Great location, all walking distance old downtown. Clean apptmnt. During our stay it was very hot in Milan (35C) and the airconditioning was somewhat insufficient to keep it cool enough for us.Two elevators available.Comm with owner was good.Taxi to Linate airport approx 25,-.

The flat is amazing, the authentic Italian home is thoughtfully and intelligently decorated and truly feels like a welcome into your artful life. We would like to note that the flat is in serious need of an updated air conditioning unit. The current unit does not serve the loft at all and makes for very hot sleeping. Overall the experience was one we will not forget.

The location was excellent and bed comfortable. The rest was poor, needs a deep clean and clear instructions if arriving after concierge leave at 6pm.We were locked out one evening due to either the owner or a host company attempting to access the property while we were out. Sat in the corridor for nearly 3 hours whilst needing medication was not appreciated. The owner turned up and enabled entry.
