This is an incredible location and absolutely beautiful place. The climb would not be too bad but elevator construction had started and we had to squeeze our luggage through the scaffolding in the stairwell which was not easy. But we loved our stay anyways. I would absolutely stay here again once the elevator is installed.

Many historic buildings in Florence don’t have elevators at all, so the climb is part of staying in the heart of the old city. The apartment is sparkling and brand new, and as described in the description and photos. Check in was easy as the company stayed in communication to arrange for our guide to meet us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. As shown in the pictures and description, the apartment comes with fantastic views of the city and is conveniently located in the city center. One minor issue, the description stated, just prior to our August 2026 arrival, that the elevator was scheduled to be completed in July 2026. As of mid-August 2026, it is not completed. Thus navigating the four flights of stairs through scaffolding with luggage, is a small challenge. We were 2 healthy 50 year olds with 4 teenagers and we managed with minimal complaints. The apartment itself, made it worth it, but others may have a different perspective. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, as it was a perfect spot for our group.
