Home was as described. Upon arrival the home was neat, clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown and all attractions. I had one issue with the door code before arrival and the host was super responsive and the issue was resolved in minutes. I would definitely recommend and I would certainly stay here again. Arron was a great host.

In town for the EAGLES game and to visit family

The house was very clean. Check in was easy. The yard was nice to sit in morning with our coffee. It was in a GREAT location. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from family, 8 minutes to Amerture Works amd 15 minutes to RJ Stadium.

Life is about finding opportuni-trees to hang your hammock in or a beach to bury your feet in. I am a serving Army veteran that enjoys travel and the outdoors. Tampa is where I call home. It is a city with plenty of activities. Many days you can find me in a hammock, riding a bike, or sitting on the beach watching the sun set.

Why they chose this property

This property was purchased in 2014 as an long term investment, for when I retire from the Army. Additionally it allows my high school son to attend the well respected Plant high school We love this area so much, we want to give an opportunity to others to have the same experience.

This property sits right in the heart of South Tampa, its all about location. SOHO is now moving north of Kennedy into the NOHO district. We are seeing many beautiful new homes being built and a lot of care and pride in this area, and we are proud to share it with you.
