This is a beautiful apartment in excellent condition, fully-renovated with new furniture, new hardwood floor and tiles. This large 3 bdr+2 bath unit has queen size beds in each bedroom and pull out sofa bed in living room . The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large shower. A resort style pool, lake and grounds view from lanai and bedroom.
Perfectly maintained and well equipped to please the guests. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and has all what you need to feel like you are in your own home including washer and dryer. Assigned outside parking spot for a big car. The apartment is located next to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, club (TV room, business center, billiards, shuffle board etc.) and fitness room. Internet and Cable TV available in the unit.
Positano has a great resort like amenities such as wi-fi clubhouse, game room, business center, fitness center, pool, hot tub, car wash station, kids playground.
Positano is a gated community, patrolled, well managed and quiet. It is close to restaurants, shops, 5 minutes to beautiful aqua park and 5 miles to the beautiful Clam Pass beach.

The apartment is on the second floor and accessible by an elevator. The screened in balcony faces south and has a nice view of the pool. That was perfect for my elderly father and his friend as they stayed in Jan-Feb. The pool was lovely and the property is well cared for.

Positano Place

We had a great stay at Positano. The property is very nice and we enjoyed the pool & amenities. The condo was well equipped and met all our needs. Rodica, the owner, was good to work with and accommodated any changes we had. We really liked the location but suggest that you have a car, as it is a fair walk to store/restaurants. We would recommend this rental and would gladly stay there again.

First time staying at this property. This unit was located close to pool and clubhouse. Second floor unit but had elevators which helped as we are elderly and wife has issues walking upstairs. Pictures were accurate. Was comfortable and convenient to shopping.

Just as advertised. Extremely clean complex. Pool was right outside the door. Three bedrooms with the master being away from the other two. New stainless steel appliances. Nice tile floors and laminate in bedrooms. Hoping to be able to rent there again next year!

Wonderful Naples

We rent every year in South Florida. This was our first time on the West side. The location of the property was fantastic. I love the beach, and was only 15 minutes away from a public beach with plenty of parking. There is tons of shopping within 5 minutes of the condo. The place was perfect. When I attempted to resign for 2023, she had already booked it with another party.

Naples Stay

This property is ideally located in a gated community. This unit was a very comfortable, 3 BR condo on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Clubhouse and pool. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Corona virus vaca...lol

I rented this for one month and after two weeks here is when the corona virus shutdown happened... I didn't know if I should return home because my state was in worse shape at the time than Florida and then florida got hit harder than my state but the owners of this condo checked on me weekly and let me stay as long as I need to… I will never forget their kindness towards me!

Enjoyed our time at Positano.

This property is a newer facility with great pool and other facilities including a small gym and hot tub. The rental unit is right beside the clubhouse and pool so it is just steps to a swim or the gym. The second floor unit is spacious and has a lanai overlooking the clubhouse and pool area. It is only a short drive to many of the local beaches, shopping and restaurants. Nice property, conveniently located.

Our vacation in sunny Naples at Positano Place

Positano Place is conveniently located close to Publix and Walmart grocery stores. Costco is a 5 minute drive. The complex is very well presented with a beautiful pool overlooking a small lake with fountain. The condo is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the pool. The unit is adequately stocked as per the description on VRBO. The split bedroom layout gives privacy from the other 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay at the condo, and should we decide to return to Naples next year, we would definitely consider returning there.

Awesome vacation in Naples!

We spent an exceptional time in Naples, Florida. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely wonderful. Big, spacious and bright rooms, very nicely furnished and decorated; clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sun tanning on the patio, where we met a few other people. There is a very elegant lounge and party room. The manager/administrator was helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the people seemed to be nice and relaxed. It is minutes away from the beautiful Naples beach. Also, minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We definitely recommend it!

Nicely appointed, pool, hot tub

The gated community, Positano Place of Naples, is nicely landscaped with a large pool, hot tub, exercise room, club house. A quiet community with friendly residents. Our landlord was very accommodating. The 3 bed 2 bath was comfortable, spacious, and clean with a lanai receiving plenty of sun and a comfortable breeze. Our second floor condo provided security and a partial view of the pool that is only steps away! Positano Place is in North Naples, only minutes from downtown shopping and the beaches.
