The newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor end unit is in the highly desirable Falling Waters gated community located off Davis Blvd in Naples, Florida. The living room and dining area are both inviting and comfortable with all new furnishings and decor. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen to help you relax on those extra hot days. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics you would need to create home cooked meals. No need to bring a lot of clothes as there is a washer/dryer in the condo.
The condo includes a carport and one additional guest parking spot.
There are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard and a putting green just outside the clubhouse doors!

Karyn, Dennis and our 2 children live in the suburbs of Chicago. We both grew up in the midwest, met on a blind date in the city and have been married 15 years. Dennis runs a couple small businesses and Karyn teaches special education to high school kids.
Why they chose this property
Eventually we hope to make our home in Florida. We have spent a fair amount of time in SE Florida over the years but never SW Florida. When our agent showed us Naples, we had that 'aha' moment. Between the gorgeous landscaping, resort style amenities, close proximity to 5th Ave, the beaches, Marco and the immaculate home, we had a fairly easy decision to make.
