Thank you for your review. We take comfort seriously, and we did monitor the thermostat remotely throughout your stay, where it consistently registered at 72°. When you first raised a concern, we were able to see the temperature responding, and when you followed up we arranged for an HVAC technician to come out and inspect the system in person so nothing was left to guesswork. That said, we're genuinely sorry the home didn't feel as cool as you'd hoped.
