Do yourself a big favor by avoiding staying in this property. While the apartment itself has few drawbacks, whoever is responsible for managing it is totally and completely flawed in every conceivable way. They insist that you download WhatsApp in order to check in so they can send you a video showing you how to enter the premises, yet what instructions are provided can -and should- be sent on VRBO. Further, and most troubling, they HOUND you for the information they need from you and yet are UNRESPONSIVE when you need to reach them. They are as incompetent as they are rude. AVOID!!!

We notified the guest days in advance, asking them to provide a valid WhatsApp number for communication and for sending self check-in details, but we received no response until they arrived at the property late at night. There were significant communication difficulties and a lack of replies. Unfortunately, I cannot say they were approved guests.
