We had a very nice stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is absolutely wonderful—right in the center of Rome, with fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars all within easy walking distance.A few nearby places are definitely worth mentioning: don’t miss Margot Restaurant, and The Bake House right across the street is a great spot for breakfast or brunch. There’s also a wonderful speakeasy-style bar, Emerald House, literally right next door as you exit the courtyard.Antonella was super responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated how quickly she responded whenever we had a question or needed assistance.Overall, everything was generally good and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that we happened to be in Rome during a heat wave, and the AC in the living room struggled to cool the space adequately. The bedroom AC worked well, but the living room remained quite warm during the hottest part of the day.Despite that, we would recommend the apartment, especially for its fantastic central location and the wonderful hospitality from Antonella.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful apartment, quiet neighborhood, buses and metro close by. Antonella was there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel at home right away.

Location and the apartment layout and space were great. The check in and out processes were straightforward. Pino was great and met us for a smooth check in. There is an elevator in the building which was helpful since the apartment was on the 6th floor (7 floors up). Air Conditioning was only working in the bedrooms so the entrance, kitchen, 1 bathroom and living room were extremely warm (there during massive heat wave; 100F each day). The washing machine worked great and helped us reset our trip wardrobe after some very hot days, and the drying rack was large enough for everything.

This was a wonderful and spotless apartment with a personalized check-in. It was very well maintained and a safe and easy set up for a family. Four of us fit well and there was enough room in the living room for my 18yo to stay up late while the rest of us slept in the 2 bedrooms. We greatly appreciated being so close to the Vatican and lots of lovely restaurants and shops. My only complaint was that only 1 of the 3 air conditioners worked well. Being on the 6th floor on days reaching 97 degrees meant sweating all day at the sights and then not getting much relief at night. Luckily the AC in my kids’ room was perfect.

We enjoyed staying here. Lots of espresso coffee provided by the host which is a big plus for me as a coffee drinker. Nice experience taking the old lift to the 6th floor. Only 5 minutes walk to the Vatican. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Super highly recommended.

L'appartement est spacieux et agréable.Il est très bien placé entre le Vatican et le château Saint Ange avec de nombreux restaurants accessibles à pied.Par contre, le quartier étant assez bruyant, le simple vitrage est à peine suffisant, le samedi soir en particulier.

L'accueil se fait avec l'hôte en personne et non via le boîtier de clés. Notre hôte a été réactif face à un petit problème de plomberie. C'est très agréable. L'appartement est très beau, fidèle aux photos.Il est idéalement placé, proche du Vatican, dans un quartier très animé avec épicerie et restaurants. A refaire. Merci.
