È una casa indipendente con un giardino di 800 mq completamente recintato a Sant'Anna Arresi a 5 km in macchina dalla spiaggia di Porto Pino. La casa è ideale per chi ama trascorrere le vacanze con i propri animali.
La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere anche altre spiagge come Portu Tramatzu a Teulada, la bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda, Chia e poi dall'altra parte sì può raggiungere Sant'Antioco e altre bellissime spiagge
La casa è composta da una camera matrimoniale, una doppia ( trasformabile in matrimoniale)una cucina abitabile, un salone con sala da pranzo e divani e un bagno. Ci sono due letti singoli da aggiungere uno in ogni camera
È presente l'aria condizionata
All'interno del cortile c'è il posto auto
Nella veranda c'è un tavolo con sedie per poter mangiare anche all'aperto e un salotto per rilassarsi. È presente un barbecue per cucinare all'aperto. Nel costo sono comprese le spese per tutta la biancheria, luce, acqua, gas e le pulizie finali

Abbiamo avuto dei bel giorni. La casa ne ha tutto quello che offre. La attenzione è stata bravissima. Magari le stanze sono un po’ calde, però siamo stati in giornate molto intense. Molto raccomandate

Het is een heel fijn vakantie huis ,alles is aanwezig. Het huis heeft een grote tuin en een heerlijke veranda met een lekker zitje en een grote eettafel om buiten te kunnen eten.De host is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent.Het was een fijn verblijf en we gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
