Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette magnifique maison ! Avec une vu somptueusement sur la mer et encore mieux, sur l'île de la Vache ! Très au calme, sous les arbres mais avec la possibilité de trouver le soleil à tout heure de la journée. L'intérieur est bien agencé et décoré. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Valeria a été la meilleure hôte du monde ! Très comprehensive et toujours à l'écoute. Merci encore !

Wir hatten eine rundum wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht und man fühlt sich sofort angekommen und gut versorgt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer den wir jeden Tag genießen konnten.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und war bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und hat sich liebevoll gekümmert.Ein Ort zum Ankommen Durchatmen und Genießen wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Séjour très agréable

Parfait pour se reposer au calme, la mer juste en bas avec des balades à faire autour. La maison est très bien conforme à la description. Notre route Valeria a été très gentille. Nous sommes également allés déjeuner dans son agriturismo à quelques km, repas, typique Sarde délicieux dans un lieu magnifique. Tout était parfait! Merci

nicht wie erwartet

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern im September in dem Ferienhaus. Aufgrund der (wenn auch schon älteren) positiven Bewertungen waren wir dann vor Ort enttäuscht. Unser erster Eindruck war, dass das Ferienhaus sehr abgewohnt ist. Das Meer ist in 900 Meter zu erreichen, dabei handelt es sich aber nicht um einen Badestrand. Der nächste Badestrand ist 1,6 km entfernt. Es gibt entgegen der Beschreibung nur ein loses Fliegennetz am Schlafzimmerfenster. Gekos, Spinnenläufer, Ameisen, unzählige Mücken, Spinnen (die dort auch schon eine Weile wohnen) waren ständige Mitbewohner. Damit muss man leben wollen. Ärgerliche Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende oder defekte Steckdosenabdeckungen, als auch fehlende Rauchmelder sind mit kleinen Kindern wenig unterhaltsam. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Haus waren für uns unbequem (Küchenstühle als auch Wohnzimmersitzgelegenheiten) und Draußen zu sitzen selbst im September auf Grund Mücken und Vespen überhaupt keine Option. Hilfsmittel zum einfachen Reinigen wie z.B. Staubsauger oder Kehrblech gibt es schlichtweg nicht. Mit Stromausfällen muss man rechnen, teilweise weil das Hausstromnetz versagt oder aber gleich das Stromnetz der Umgebung. Kostenloses WLAN gab es für uns nicht, nur ein mobiles WLAN-Hotspot Gerät ohne SIM-Vertrag. Positiv zu bewerten ist die freundliche, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Valeria.

Le finestre sono tutte dotate di zanzariere, dispiace che menzioniate solo quella della camera da letto . Purtroppo in località di mare può capitare che ci siano le zanzare , anche se da noi è un evento piuttosto eccezionale , ci dispiace che ci fossero durante il vostro soggiorno. I gechi sono animali innocui che mangiano ogni insetto , e ci sono in tutte le località in Sardegna. La linea wifi è perfettamente efficiente , ma dovevate inserire la password .

Grandios!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt! Valeria ist ein echter Schatz und hat dieses großartige Haus zur Vermietung. Es hat eine tolle Lage und ist optimal für das notwendige Durchatmen! Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und die EInrichtung lässt an nichts fehlen! Mit viel Wehmut sind wir wieder nach einer viel zu kurzen Zeit abgereist! Aber wir kommen wieder - was für erfahrene Reiseleiter - wohl ein verdientes Lob für Valeria!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Zwei Wochen ausspannen, schnorcheln, die Sonne und die schöne Landschaft geniessen - das waren unsere Ferien in Sant Antioco. Zudem hatten wir ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, das gut eingerichtet war und Valeria, die Vermieterin, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Alles hat perfekt gepasst und wir planen bereits wieder unsere nächsten Ferien auf Sardinien...

The house is fantastic, lots of space, beautifully decorated and contained everthing we needed. The family are very freindly and generous. Everything worked out perfectly, I can reccomend this house very warmly. It was a pleasure to be in that house - the location is also very very good, quite and far away from any hustle and bustle of a town.

"Wir haben einen wundervo...

"Wir haben einen wundervollen, entspannten, erholsamen und interessanten Urlaub in typisch sardischer Umgebung erlebt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und bietet modernen Komfort hinter urigen alten Mauern. Alles ist sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Familie Lusci ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bereits der Mailkontakt hat uns gut auf den Urlaub eingestimmt. Wer abseits des Trubels Urlaub machen möchte und auch in der Nachsaison absolute Stille genießt ist hier genau richtig. Die nahen Strände sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und das Einkaufen muss man eben planen. Ein Tipp: der Außengrill sowie der Pizzaofen sind super! Holz findet man genug, Holzkohle gibt es im Supermarkt und der Geschmack einer selbgemachten Pizza aus dem Ofen oder frisch gegrillter Fisch... umwerfend. Ruhig ausprobieren, es lohnt sich! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Verlängerung des Sommers."

"Acceuil remarquable de Madame Valeria L. (qui parle très bien français) et de son mari. Très disponibles dès le moindre problème !! Très bel environnement, sauvage avec peu de touristes étrangers mais nécessite une voiture pour profiter des plus beaux endroits de la presqu''île. La vue sur la mer depuis la propriété est très limitée du fait de la végétation abondante (certainement très agréable en été). Jardin clôturé, parfaitement adapté aux jeunes enfants. Météo moins bonne qu''espérée en avril 2010 ; année exceptionnelle parait-il ! A conseiller !"

"Absolut empfehlenswert! ...

"Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in diesem liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus, ideal für 5 Personen. Frühstück im leichten Schatten der Pinie, Abendessen auf der vor Wind geschützten gemütlichen Terrasse, herrliches Sommerwetter im September, einen traumhaften Sandstrand 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt, was will man mehr! Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man im ca. 15 min. entfernten Sant Antioco in mehreren tollen Supermärkten, die sogar am Sonntag bis 21 Uhr geöffnet haben. Zum Schluss möchte ich noch die Vermieterin Valeria loben, es klappte alles perfekt und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Danke! Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Highly Recommended! We had a dream holiday in this lovely furnished house, ideal for 5 people. Breakfast in the light shade of the pine tree, dining on the patio from the wind-only min cozy, wonderful summer weather in September, a stunning sandy beach 5 min. away by car, what more could you want! Finally, I would like to commend the landlady Valeria, it worked perfectly and all we had a really nice touch. Thank you! We would come back once more.
