Excellent location in the heart of Bellagio. Everything is within walking distance, and the apartment is very close to the ferry terminal, which makes arriving and departing with luggage very convenient. There is a shorter route with stairs or a slightly longer route without stairs. Once inside the building, you will still need to climb some stairs.
The only inconvenience, which is clearly explained in the listing, is that the private bathroom is located on the upper floor outside the apartment entrance. Although it is exclusive to the apartment and completely secure, it feels less convenient, especially during the night, since it is not directly connected to the living space.
The Wi-Fi was quite slow and could be improved. Other than that, the location is outstanding and was the highlight of our stay.
