The backyard patio and master bedroom patio lakefront and perfect for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour or a late evening gathering around the fire pit! In addition to the beautiful view, this is the perfect place to get away for some golf in the California sun with Six Pro Golf Courses (3 Public and 3 Private) or a trip to Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach and more-- only 10 minutes away. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and ducks as you walk the short stroll to the pool and hot tub that is seconds away from the back patio. (Parking is included with an enclosed garage as well). Bikes, fire pit and BBQ are also available for your enjoyment.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Our host Steve was great to work with. We spent most of the weekend at a lacrosse tournament so we didn't get to enjoy the pools on the property, but we want to go back!

Peaceful escape in the desert

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. It was like the pictures and we had everything we needed for a cool, relaxing stay. Steve is easy to communicate with. There is a pool with a hot tub a short walk away!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. Check in was great and the host got back to us promptly to allow early check in.The ceiling fan in the master did not work when we arrived and Steve had a handy man out two days later to fix it. After a day it stopped working again. I reached out to Steve again and did not receive a response. I texted him 4 days later and he said the handyman would be out the next day. The handyman did not show up during the rest of our stay. It was disappointing that I got to sleep in the master bedroom 1 night out of 14. Up until the issue with the fan, communication with the host (Steve) was excellent.

I arranged to have the fan repaired while the tenant was renting the unit. Unfortunately, the handyman could not fix it and it will be replaced. The fan has no bearing on the temperature in the room or our home. We have a brand new air-conditioning system that was installed last year that regulates temperature and works very effectively. The fan not working should not impact the use of the master bedroom in any way.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Steve was very responsive to questions before our arrival. Check in was seamless and the condo was clean and comfortable. My friends and I stayed for Coachella and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The water was such a nice view to wake up to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities Steve’s place had to offer. I’ve stayed at other homes in PGA West before and this was the first time there was a working grill! The condo was great and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and great location for us as our daughter was competing at desert horse park in thermal. Steve was always available to answer questions when any came up and overall one of the best places we have stayed at pga west.
