unfit for rental. Advertises two bathrooms, only one there. Advertises washer and dryer, none present. There was a peeling floor, cracked sink, nonworking safe, broken, toilet cover broken, bedroom door would not stay closed, door off cabinet. Tried contacting owner several times multiple ways and got no response. The entry door seemed to lock well, But we returned one afternoon and found an unknown man in the apartment who would not identify himself and could not identify owner. Felt very unsafe and left shortly after that.
