The apartment was very nice we had a few issues but we're able to get them straightened out. Three sets of stairs were rather difficult for our group but we did know that they were there. There is only a washer and no dryer but there is a hanging rack in a utility room off the kitchen. Overall it was a nice stay and Francesca was very accommodating.

Francesca was an amazing host. Everything she promised was fulfilled. Perfect location. Beautiful and quiet place. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living room. The two bedrooms are so convenient. And the A/C is so helpful during the summer nights. Totally worth it!

Great Location. Can’t find a better area. Rialto Bridge/Public Water Taxis 2-3 mins. St Marks Sq -10 min walk.Restaurants/Shopping all around .Bathroom’s are a little difficult to maneuver around.One bedroom extremely hot during summer months.. Only fan available in that bedroom. Other bedroom had an A/C unit.

We really loved our stay! Fantastic location. Couldn’t ask for a better area. Right in the center of everything.Our host had somebody meet us at the water taxi stop took us to the apartment and showed us everything.Apartment was super clean and perfect for us.Couldn’t ask for a better stay and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is good, but not great. It’s in a great location, but it is an old apartment. It is the first VRBO I’ve used in Venice, so maybe my expectations are too high. Still, compared to other apartments I have stayed in, it doesn’t quite measure up. Also, I don’t know if there’s such a thing as a quiet area in Venice, but I do know that it’s loud in this area. As in to the wee wee hours. The host communicated very well leading up to our arrival, but we did find the person who met us at the property to be lacking. Honestly, she just seemed like she wanted to leave as soon as possible.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify a few points.Our apartment was completely renovated just 9 years ago, and both the beds and the furnishings are brand new to ensure maximum comfort. However, the property is located inside a historic, protected building ('notificato'). In Venice, old staircases and historic architectural elements are preserved by law to maintain the city's unique heritage.Regarding your arrival, our greeter waited for you despite your significant delay. Since vehicles cannot be used in Venice, she had to walk across the city to manage her next check-in. We always strive to accommodate our guests' schedule changes to prevent long waits outside.We appreciate your feedback as it helps us describe our historic home even better for future travelers.Best regards,Francesca

Very nice apartment on the third floor (no elevator). The location is exceptional, within walking distance of restaurants, the Rialto Bridge, and other significant sites, water taxis, and shopping. The apartment was very clean, and the host was exceptionally gracious and responsive. I definitely recommend this apartment for vacations in Venice.

Great Location!

Great location! Very clean! Francesca was so helpful pre arrival and the person who met us went over everything in the apartment and how to use everything and noted things on a map. Beds were comfortable. The apt had so much character. Great place to stay!

Cutest Listing ever

This listing was perfect! Super close to almost everything we wanted to visit while in Venice! Checkin process was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. One suggestion would be another plug in fan for summer nights!
