Literally few steps from bus stop on 4th Avenue, just minutes to Downtown, Falsecreek area, UBC, Granville Island and within walking distance to beautiful beaches: Locarno, Spanish Banks, Jericho and within close proximity to Community centres to access swimming pool and gym. My home is well kept, clean with attention to detail and a stunning Dahlia garden for guests to enjoy during the summer and fall seasons. Guests will have easy access to trail running, cycling, beach walks and simply enjoying the neighbouring parks in Jericho and Kitsilano with a full view of the water beautiful Northshore mountains.
