Stay in my newly renovated home with 3 full separate bedrooms, 2 luxury spa-like bathrooms, a large living area with queen size sofa bed, and nice views of the outdoor green oasis with tons of light. Enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen or unwind after a long day of sightseeing and watch your favourite game or Netflix series on your 55" HDTV.

There are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and asian food (T&T) markets--Costco is within steps of the building. The building is located nearby the Skytrain station that takes you downtown right to the Convention Centre in 5 min and to the Airport in 30. Near Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Casino and even a movie theatre across the street. You are a 2 min walk from the water to the Seawall.

The Layout:

This 1200 sq ft modern condo features 3 separate bedrooms with lots of closet space and balcony that has great views of Zen garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have one queen bed in each and one king bed in the master bedroom. Living area has a queen sofa bed that overlooks the peaceful garden filled with Magnolia trees. It's a very unique place! You have two bathrooms with a large standalone tub and a large walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is newly renovated with real white marble stone from Spain.

Your living room has 55" TV with Netflix, cable, a PS4 (games included), and a dedicated data line bringing in high-speed WIFI. A pull out sofa gives you an additional queen bed, bringing the total for the house to 4 beds.

Your kitchen features new high end stainless steel appliances with touch screen controls- new Bosch dishwasher, Miele Fridge/freezer, Samsung touch screen stove/oven, Samsung washer/drier and microwave. You have all the cookware you need to bake, fry or chop. We've added coffee machine, electric cattle, toaster, food blender and more for your convenience.

My building offers amazing amenities that include: indoor swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna and a fully equipped gym. Your stay also includes a parking stall in our underground parking garage. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful place!

Lovely Abbott Street Condo

The property was not as advertised. It had 2 portable air conditioners, one in the main room and one in the primary bedroom. They did not keep the condo cool at all. Nothing but standing fans in the other 2. One of the fans didn’t work and the hosts wife dropped a new one off and we had to put it together. The bathtub shower in the primary bedroom was gross. The shower curtain was old and dirty. Also, it’s not in a very desirable neighborhood. Large homeless population very close.

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The place was perfect—it was clean, had everything we needed, was comfortable and was in the perfect location to get around Vancouver easily. Igor was great to deal with. He was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our family vacation!

We loved staying here! The apartment is nicely furnished with every amenity we needed, in a great location close to the Downtown/Chinatown transit stop, lots of great restaurants within walking distance, and our host was very helpful and accessible.

Excellent home and great people to deal with. Should look at installing one or two mini split AC units. Very comfortable sleeping at night but very hot during the day. I would stay here again.

Great location, great host

This location was great in crosstown, and right near the skytrain. The place worked great for our party, with kids from 7 - 17, including a pool and hot tub. Igor was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Everything was fantastic!

Place was great! It is right in the heart of Downtown and a one minute walk from the water front. Lots of nice restaurants in Gastown; my favourites are Chambar and L’Abatoir--great takeout! The kitchen was really nice and the place was spacious with very comfy beds. Highly recommend!

Weekend trip to Vancouver

Incredible condo in the heart of the city! Very central location and easy to travel around Vancouver city. The home was nice and clean and the host was extremely organized. Our flight got delayed on the way in, the host stayed up late for us to make sure we got in safely! Would highly recommend staying here!

Luxury in Vancouver

This condo was sparkling clean. The beds were comfy with ample blankets and pillows. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped. The view was awesome. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood had many nearby restaurants. The train station is right around the corner.

Nice place!

This condo was a nice place. It is in a great location, I think we could have taken the train rather than Lyft/Uber and it is close to the port for Princess cruise. Easy to get around and we always felt secure in it. We ran into a few maintenance issues but my brother-in-law was able to fix them.

Friends trip

Was happy with the location of the condo as it was extremely close to the hockey rink for us to go watch a game. Nice walking distance to plenty of places to check out. Only issue (which did not affect the use of it entirely) was the shower between bedrooms 2 and 3 didn’t seem to adjust temperature, was stuck on hot the whole time. But overall was happy with the property.

We where a party of 7 with a toddler . Beautiful space. Clean. Quick walk from train station. Great Communication. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of glass item for a toddler just needed extra eyes. Most everything you could need was provided for you. Tub added curtains to make shower sometimes was Awkward but did the job. They make your stay as easy as possible. Was a pleasure

Centrally located condo

The condo is spacious and located in a convenient area downtown Vancouver (close to the skytrain station). Underground parking stall was an added bonus! I definitely recommend you connect with the property manager ahead of time to request a video with instructions for accessing the stall as it is a bit complicated. We were able to find it without issue thanks to the video provided before our stay! The only downside to this unit is the kitchen is not fully equipped (there was no can opener, for example). There also isn't AC so we found the unit very warm as it gets the afternoon sun. Fortunately, there were fans available which worked for the bedrooms in the evening but the main living area was quite warm. We opened the windows to try to keep the living space cool during the afternoon. We stayed late April, during what I would refer to as an "unseasonably warm weekend" (21-24C), and found it very warm. I imagine it would be worse during the peak Summer months. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this unit again for future work travel.

Nice apartment, average location

The properly was well suited to our family as it had 3 bedrooms which is hard to find in Vancouver. We booked the apartment to be close to the train, however, found the city to be so walkable that we never used the train during our 5 day stay. However, it was handy when travelling from the airport initially. We liked the private courtyard which was viewed from the lounge and 2 bedrooms. Also the gym which we found across the courtyard in the adjacent building! The properly was very well equipped and clean and tidy. A little more lighting in the lounge area would be good. There is a noticeable amount of homelessness in Vancouver and there are many homeless people in this area in particular, so this may be a factor in choosing the location for your holiday. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found Igor to be a responsive host.

Not a place to stay if it is hot in Vancouver

Nice secure building. Once you figure out the parking you will be ok. If you like to cook, skillets are in short supply. No issue for us as we ate out. Costco is just around the corner. The bedroom windows really do not open much. Two portable air conditioners that can not be run at the same time. If it is above 85 outside this location will not cool down below 85 during the day and even with fans in bedrooms at night is just plain miserable.

Great Place in Vancouver

As a person who uses VRBO, I always worry about the place and if the pictures are valid. For this place, they definitely were. First, I would like to say that the place is wonderful. It was completely stocked with all the necessities that one would need for an extended time. The beds were VERY comfortable. Everyone in our group (ranging from ages 9-73) made a comment about it. The place was also very clean and all of the appliances were high end. Another thing I always worry about is location. This place is in the heart of city. You are a block from the stadiums and a block from Gastown. This place also has its own security guard (though that did seem to be a trend in Vancouver). I also enjoyed the "zen" garden that this complex shares with other buildings. It was very quiet and was a great place to sit and read. In addition, they had a great pool and hot tub. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and I could go in the hot tub and sauna. The pool and pool area was also very clean. In addition, the owners were very responsive. Any time I asked a question, they were extremely quick to respond. We never had any problems while we were there, though. I can't reiterate how nice this place was. We stayed for a few days before we came back from a cruise and were not disappointed that we made that decision. Much nicer than staying at a hotel (and actually a lot less expensive).

Beautiful unit, but HOT and located in a sketchy neighborhood

PROS: Beautifully furnished and well cleaned. Shower was wonderful. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The building is plain, but secure. CONS: Unit was hot and stuffy during the day. Living room has 1 portable AC unit that could not keep the interior cool enough. Inside temperature showed 85 degrees for the majority of the day. The master bedroom had a portable AC unit, which was OK for my parents. The other two bedrooms only had floor fans, so the nights were warm for us. AC is always a must-have for us and this unit did not meet it for us. The owner told me that the season has been unusually warm. We were expecting to be cool and comfortable, and were not for the most part. The neighborhood is not great. We saw quite a few homeless, drugged out folks near the building. One block over, we saw a woman smoking a pipe right out in the open. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood with my children. SIDE NOTE: I had asked for early check in but the Owner told us that it wasn't available. He said we could drop our bags off at the unit after 11a. When we got there, the cleaning woman was working. My 8 y.o. daughter used the toilet. Then the cleaner hands me her phone, the Owner forcefully tells me we need to leave immediately (we were there for no more than 10-15 min) and said someone used the bathroom after the cleaner had cleaned it. I understand where he was coming from, but it made for a bitter start to our vacation.
