First, advertising through Expedia was completely false. Rated a 10 with 43 reviews…all great??? I should have known it was too good to be true. Both outside doors were open all night. One broken. Don’t even feel safe. No lake view. Not one chair in the room. Kitchen but no kitchen items at all to use. No utensils or pans, plates or bowls, not even a small coffee pot. No coffee in the lobby either. The towels in the bathroom were all small no bath towel provided. TV remote(s) didn’t work, even after I bought my own batteries. Moved the tv stand and it was filthy underneath. Floor was sticky to walk on. Curtain was broke but closed mostly. The air conditioner worked well. So, would I recommend? No. In fact, I’m posting this because the email response was AI response with no acknowledgement. I mean, are you owners anywhere around? I bet the employees have complained. I almost didn’t stay the second night but I’m literally here to sleep and frankly didn’t want the hassle of finding another location. I hope there are no bed bugs!!

Das Personal war überaus freundlich, und als wir zusätzliche Handtücher benötigten (wir blieben drei Nächte), wurden diese sofort gebracht, ohne dass es uns Umstände bereitete. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und blitzsauber. Die Holzböden verliehen dem Raum eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre. Außerdem gab es eine tolle kleine Küchenzeile! Dadurch konnten wir uns Restaurantbesuche sparen, was sich während unserer dreieinhalb Tage sonst summiert hätte. Jeden Morgen konnten wir uns auf dem Weg nach draußen noch Kaffee und Muffins holen. Extended Stay America ist definitiv die beste Wahl für einen Kurzurlaub.
