The main living space incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob and a fridge.

There is a restaurant approximately a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket within a 10-minute drive in Palmadula.
