This is a 3 story townhome condominium.

The first floor has a futon in living space. Condo has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, with one queen bed with tv, and one twin bed, and full bathroom. Living space and washer and dryer

The second floor has kitchen, living room with 55" TV, then goes out to a large deck with wicker table and chairs, glider and lounge chair. Panoramic ocean views! Watch the sunrise while you have coffee and see the moon over the ocean at night right in front of you!

Third floor, large master bedroom and full bathroom, large closet, 85" TV, Panoramic ocean views. Balcony with 2 rocking chairs and an incredible view

For nightlife, there are great restaurants and a beach bar. Also, Atlantic City casinos are right over a bridge that connects AC to Brigantine.

This beachfront property has everything you need for a great beach trip. Very clean with all the amenities of home. When not on the beach we sat on the deck and watched the waves. Communication with property owner was very helpful and prompt. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great week!!

This is the second year we have started at this beautiful property. The location is ideal- right on the beach and minutes away to many dining options. The two decks offer outstanding views.

Fantastic vacation, exceeded our expectations.

Amazing vacation on the beach. The property was immaculate and perfectly appointed with everything you would need. The beach access was footsteps from the front door was extremely convenient. We enjoyed our meals out on the balcony and morning coffee from the master bedroom balcony, the view is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Lovely condo with great view

This home is just as advertised. Teriffic views and the hosts are extremely nice to work with and they respond to questions quickly. Its fully stocked with all the kitchen ware you could need.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

Very well maintained ocean front townhouse condo. Panoramic view of the beach from 2 decks. Condo very well equipped and clean. Maria was a very wonderful host and answered all my questions promptly. Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay again!

September Wedding on The Beach

We had a beach wedding to attend, and the condo could not have been more perfect. The weather was great, the view amazing. Maria was accommodating and very responsive when we needed a little more time to finalize departures. Hope to return soon #lovethejerseyshore

Great stay with family

Had a great stay with family. Location right on beach could not be better. Beach never got crowded even on the weekend as it is in between the public beach entrances. Condo was clean and comfortable. Proximity to AC and restaurants in Brigantine was great. Flies on the beach were an issue 1-2 days of our week, not terrible. Would recommend pants at the golf course as flies there were much worse. Parking limited to 1 spot unless you can grab one of the 2 guest spots for the complex, but was not a problem as street parking nearby was plentiful. Only negative was no grill but this was known ahead of time and is the policy of the condo complex. Overall would recommend!

Great place to relax !

The property was first class all the way! The beach even better, so uncrowded it felt semi private. Maria was very attentive and made sure everything was just right . It was our first trip to Brigantine, it will not be our last , great spot to get away and chill, plus Atlantic City is 10 minutes away if your looking for some action ! Don’t pass this place up !

Great place right on the beach

We stayed at Maria’s place over Memorial Day Weekend and had a great time. The place has a great location right on the beach and has two beautiful decks overlooking the ocean. The view is pretty incredible. The inside of the unit is nice and well-stocked with a big living room and renovated kitchen. The master bedroom upstairs is large and has a great view. Maria was very communicative and check in process was super easy. Would definitely come back!

I am a retired salon owner and my husband is a professor. I am now a nanny, which I specialize in infant care.

Why they chose this property

This property has a lot of love in it. It takes my breath away since 1997 when we purchased it. The view and sound never gets old, nor do I take it for granted. I love when people stay here because everyone should have the opportunity to wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and see the moonshine over the ocean at night. It's just special.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the ocean views, sunrises and the entire atmosphere. Brigantine Beach is surely the best kept secret at the Jersey Shore!
I also liked that the masterbedroom and full bathroom are on the 3rd floor, it gives for more privacy, because the guest bedrooms are on the first floor.
The large deck is so enjoyable, we sometimes don't go on the beach because you hear, see and smell the ocean right there!
I also like an end unit, it gives much more privacy.
