This is a 3 story townhome condominium.
The first floor has a futon in living space. Condo has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, with one queen bed with tv, and one twin bed, and full bathroom. Living space and washer and dryer
The second floor has kitchen, living room with 42" TV, then goes out to a large deck with wicker table and chairs, glider and lounge chair. Panoramic ocean views! Watch the sunrise while you have coffee and see the moon over the ocean at night right in front of you!
Third floor, large master bedroom and full bathroom, large closet, 50 inch Roku TV. Panoramic ocean views.
For nightlife, there are great restaurants and a beach bar. Also, Atlantic City casinos are right over a bridge that connects AC to Brigantine.

Why they chose this property
This property has a lot of love in it. It takes my breath away since 1997 when we purchased it. The view and sound never gets old, nor do I take it for granted. I love when people stay here because everyone should have the opportunity to wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and see the moonshine over the ocean at night. It's just special.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with the ocean views, sunrises and the entire atmosphere. Brigantine Beach is surely the best kept secret at the Jersey Shore!
I also liked that the masterbedroom and full bathroom are on the 3rd floor, it gives for more privacy, because the guest bedrooms are on the first floor.
The large deck is so enjoyable, we sometimes don't go on the beach because you hear, see and smell the ocean right there!
