This breath taking, opulent home welcomes you with 5 bedrooms across 3 stories. Have an even bigger group? The sofa in the upstairs living rooms is a sleeper and we have an qudem air mattress.

You enter your summer getaway on the first floor, with two bedrooms (one a private room with a queen bed, another with full bunk beds + a trundle) and a full bathroom. If you're the indoor type, catch up on your show on the cable equipped TV (or use our Chromecast!) on the giant sectional in the downstairs living room. For the rest of the crew, grab the beach tags we've provided and walk two minutes across the street to the beach--what an incredible location! After a quick walk back home, rinse off in the outdoor beach shower & head out back to the in ground, heated pool! Grill and beach chairs are waiting out there for you to enjoy as well.

When you're ready to enjoy the luxurious indoor accommodations, head inside to the pearl of the home: the grand living room on the second floor! Floor to ceiling windows usher you to the deck with a beautiful ocean view. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for a big family (or 3!) to cook & eat. Entertain in the spacious living room & enjoy family dinners at the dining room table. This floor boasts a half bath as well as two additional bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. Yet another unique feature of this incredible home is the fact both of these bedrooms have an en suite full bathroom.

The host can make their way upstairs to the newly renovated primary bedroom with full en suite bathroom. The 3rd floor bedroom provides an opportunity for additional peace and relaxation with a private balcony. You deserve it!

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, bikes and beach toys, and enough parking for 3 cars (plus street parking).

Great beach house with pool

Beach house was great, stocked with just about everything you’ll need. Pool is a lifesaver for small kids who are beached-out or for poor weather days. Response and informative host.

Everything you need & more!

This property is great! We had a fantastic time using the pool and having cookouts in the backyard. There is seating for at least 13 around the pool. The garage is stocked with pool toys and floats; plus a lot of beach chairs, several bikes & a cart for getting your supplies onto the beach! Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is a really nice feature. We hope to come again next summer!

Location of this house is fantastic. Easy walk to beach even for my 90 year old mother in law. Pool is a big plus although temperature could be a little warmer. As stated in other reviews this house has everything. Plenty of beach & pool equipment. Plenty of stores, restaurants,etc actually within walking distance. Others just a short drive away. Owner very easy to deal with and easy to reach. Would definitely come back!

Castle by the Sea

Amazing location, beautiful house, wonderful vacation! This was the best stocked house I have ever been to. A bunch of bikes, a million beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, plenty of kitchen supplies and comfy beds. The owner was very receptive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make sure our stay was perfect. He left us flowers to brighten the house and gift certificates to local restaurants. All you need to bring is your beach towels and you will have an amazing time!

Excellent property in wonderful location

Loved this vacation rental property. The location was amazing. The pool was a tremendous asset, as it was a big hit with our extended family. The house was clean and well-appointed with multiple smart TVs in several rooms. Brigantine is a very family friendly beach town. The owner was very responsive to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. No complaints.

Fun and Easy Family Vacation

This house has everything you need for a family vacation. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The pool was a great to have. The house is well appointed, clean and stocked with all the right stuff to make your stay easy and stress free. There were games, coloring books, beach chairs, bikes, beach cart towels, linens to name a few. A huge plus for families with kids. Paul was very responsive and had great communication leading up to the day of the rental and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to friends and book again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This home was beautiful and had plenty of amenities to enjoy during our stay. We had a party of 10 and there was enough room for us all to sleep comfortably. It’s within walking distance from the beach and just a 15min ride to AC. Everything was cleaned prior to arrival so there were no worries there. Paul was also great with communication during our stay just to make sure we truly had everything we needed. Would definitely book this place again. Thanks Paul!

Great stay In Brigantine

Great beach house in Brigantine. Across the street from the beach. House was well stocked with beach and pool items, bicycles, etc. Great layout on the house. Teenagers had their own private area downstairs. Would definitely stay here again. House didn’t have a hair dryer , but I bought one and left it so shouldn’t be a problem now.

Why they chose this property

This home is a family focused vacation rental. Aside from being simply steps from an amazing private beach & having a heated, inground pool, we offer 3 stories of spacious living for a very large family, multiple families, or multiple generations. Two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, plus 5 bedrooms (one has bunk beds) provides a luxurious space to relax with those closest to you.

What makes this property unique

We provide everything you need for your stay. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish washer detergent, shampoo & conditioner. This town is also one of the most unique towns I've experienced on the Jersey Shore. You have access to the opulence and entertainment of Atlantic city (literally, minutes away), but you can't tell when your driving through town to pick up dinner. Brigantine is a quiet, calm, welcoming beach town that is perfect for a vacation getaway.
