Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with patio, lawn, seating, all overlooking the waterway below. The Pump House Art Studio makes an incredible holiday home for a memorable trip to Nottinghamshire. Note: No ground floor bathroom. Note: Children below the age of 12 are not permitted at this property due to the garden having a sheer drop to water.
