Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Enclosed lawned garden (shared). Barbecue (available in summer). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden, 5 yards.. Immerse yourself in the real English countryside at this tastefully decorated and well-equipped holiday cottage. Ideal for both business and leisure purposes, either as a base to explore from or just to relax in. Situated in North Lincolnshire, just over the border with South Yorkshire and close to the Nottinghamshire boundary the cottage is a secluded hideaway in the agricultural village of Wroot. Doncaster, famous for its horse racing, Robin Hood Airport, golf and fishing are all close by. The cottage overlooks the owner’s carefully tended garden which is totally enclosed. Shop and pub ¼ mile, restaurant 3 miles.
