Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, and an enhanced WaterColor Grill and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Open the doors to the charming screened porch and enter this stunning Park District home! The first floor of this home welcomes you in with an open floor plan. The living and dining room wrap the gourmet kitchen, creating the perfect space for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Viking appliances and a massive custom island. Just off this area, you will find a beautiful set of French doors that lead you out to a sunroom, ideal for your morning coffee! Just off this sunroom, you will find a built-in gas grill and outdoor living area!

All bedrooms in this home conveniently include a mounted TV. The first bedroom features a queen bunk bed with a trundle and access to the front screened porch with hallway bathroom access. The second guest room is equipped with a king bed, a private ensuite bath, and access to the back porch. You will find the luxurious primary just across the hall, boasting a plush king bed, shared porch access, and an en suite primary bath with dual vanity sinks!

There is an outdoor shower, covered parking, and a private carriage house just off the back of the house. This carriage house is all charm with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a lofted nook. This is a perfect private escape for extra guests!

Family spot

Very clean and perfect accommodations for our family. Everything is nice to have on one level and addition of carriage house for teens or other adults. Perfect spot to walk to beach club and local shops.

Amazing Property & Location

My fiancé is a songwriter and we always come to seaside for the songwriter festivals, so for my bachelorette party, I decided to have me and my girls stay in the same area! This home was perfect. The sunroom was the perfect spot to wake up early and have coffee, the front porch was great to sit on and have drinks in the evening. Everything I love was walking distance.The home was clean and has amazing water pressure in the showers!

We had a multigenerational family vacation here and loved everything about it. The house was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. we also appreciated being supplied with coffee and some basic kitchen supplies as well as a good supply of family games. One of our favorite activities was biking around watercolor... so much to do and see! We needed to rent a few bikes to accommodate our whole party but really appreciated that four were provided. The only thing that would have made us happier would be a variety of pillow types as several of us found the pillows a bit bulky.

The Washington’s October 2019 151 Experience

This was our 1st time in Santa Rosa, and one thing equally as amazing as the town/beach was 151 Mystic Cobalt Street. The house was everything we wanted, and needed in a vacation/beach home. One may have a preconceived anticipation of what a ‘beach house’ will look, and feel like. What I loved most about this house was that it was a home. It was as if all the comforts of a traditional home were transported into this one. The house was immaculate, fun for our kids&us alike, comfy, and convenient to everything you want to experience via a relaxing bike ride. Bikes were included BTW, as well as any amenities you could need. We literally just needed food, toiletries, and clothes. We felt it incumbent upon us to leave such an immaculate house in better shape than we found it in regardless of what the cleaning crew would remedy. I didn’t want a typical beach house, and this house didn’t disappoint. Amazing experience. Blessings to the owners of this house. It is truly a paradise vacation Home -J. Washington

Mystic Cobalt Gem

Mystic Cobalt is so central to the best things about a stay in Watercolor..steps to the beach, pools, restaurants and Seaside. The bikes weren’t in great shape but everything else was great. The sunsets were beautiful and the weather perfect. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday!

Beautiful House - Great Location!

We loved this house! Everything was very clean and ready for our family to have a great vacation. The house is just a short walk to the Watercolor club house, which is so fabulous! We were provided wristbands to access the club house, pools and beach which were so wonderful. We def recommend using the beach chair setup service! I cannot say enough about this house... even when we had a rainy day we didn't mind at all because the house is stocked with a ton of fun games for the entire family to play. Best beach vacation yet!

Beautiful Property

We booked this house for its closeness to our son's wedding venue. Everything was as listed and our family had a wonderful time in Watercolor! The only thing I would change is the 4:00pm check in time.

We loved staying at this beautiful home, AGAIN! This year we decided to bring along Grandma and Grandpa. They were able to stay in the master suite which was so convenient for them! Easy access in and out of the shower was ideal for my father-in-law. We were able to have almost all of our meals together and I believe that having his grandkids around so much was the best medicine for Papa! We even got a memory-making photo on the beach because he was feeling so well! Hubby and I stayed in the carriage house, which was so convenient, allowing us to even consider coming together as a family. My mother-in-law LOVED Fish Out of Water and we ate a few meals there. Isle Be Back feels like home. Everything we needed was there and we even enjoyed Mama's famous spaghetti dinner one night! Sima, was so helpful and even arranged for us to get a golf cart so that my father-in-law could come and watch the kids on the beach and in the various pools! We're so grateful to have found this amazing home and look forward to 2020!

July 2019 Stay

Very nice, convenient, roomy, well equipped and decorated. Issues: on arrival the front door and back door to a bedroom were unlocked; part of the lock mechanism the front door had been removed and the bedroom door lock was difficult to use; had to self repair the left side plastic refrigerator door closure thing and the slide out refrigerator drawer top is broken. Loved sitting on the front porch until it got too hot. Would be nice to have a ceiling fan on the porch. Someone phoned me about a service tech coming to replace a part on the dishwasher, but they never came.

“We’ll be back”

This property is even better in person than the online pics indicate. The sun porch is wonderful in the mornings and provides more seating so everyone can be comfortable. Beds are very comfortable too! We have been vacationing in the 30a area for 28 years and would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a fabulous time in Watercolor over Spring Break! The location of this property is perfect! So close to everything. The only 2 issues we had were that 1. The wifi wasn't great. It only worked on the back porch(even making phone calls) and 2. This house gets ZERO sun. It is a shaded lot and there wasn't one place to sit and relax in the sun(inside or out). So if you are someone who knows that you like to do that(morning coffee, late afternoon wine), you should know that. Otherwise, we loved it!!

My daughter got married at the Boathouse and had her reception.... it was fabulous.... We rented many houses and guests stayed at the Inn . It was truly a magical time.. September 2018 Stay

We loved staying at this beautiful home! This was our first visit to Watercolor and our whole family has decided that this is how we will be spending our fall break from now on. No more hotels! Getting around the property on bikes was easy and fun. Everything is just a short distance away on bikes. The grocery store was so close and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners there and have good, quality family time. The carriage house is an added bonus if we decide to bring along the grandparents next year. My kids loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. They settled in immediately and loved their spaces. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to feel at home on vacation. It truly felt that way as soon as we walked in. We hope to see you next year! Same time, same place!
