Our stay at this modern beach apartment was great. The location alone is unbeatable — the beach is literally just across the street, with clear, shallow, calm water that feels perfectly safe and relaxing for all ages. It truly felt like having a private seaside at our doorstep.The apartment itself is modern, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is fresh and modern, and the bedroom offers plenty of space to settle in. We especially loved the large patios with beautiful views, and the fact that there were sunbeds there.The hospitality was another highlight. The owner lives nearby and is incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is managed by Filoxenia Properties, and their professionalism really stood out. Communication was smooth, instructions were clear, and both check‑in and check‑out were handled perfectly. A special thanks to Efprepios, whose friendliness and efficiency made everything effortless.The location is ideal: A small grocery store just a few steps away A bus stop close by Tigaki center and its restaurants only an 8–10 minute walk Kos town a 30m bus ride away.Everything you need is within easy reach, yet the area remains peaceful and relaxing.Overall, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and an unbeatable beachside setting. Will definitely come back. Can absolutely recommend tonothers. Highly recommended.
