Ocean Breeze East 404 is a well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned vacation home located directly on the beach. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 8, including all adults and children. The condo was nice with beautiful view! I would recommend staying there. The only thing i missed was a recliner with being a senior citizen, comfort is a must. The twin bed mattresss are hard. I did add to the kitchen utensils and various items missing there. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic beach view on the 4th floor Condo was nice and comfy. Parking was not convenient at all yourSecond vehicle had to be parked a few blocks away.but overall was a super place and will return!!!!

Our trip was amazing! Condo was clean and had lots of space! Being on the beach was the best! Would definitely book here again! Perdido Key was a great experience! We usually book in Pensacola was this was a closer and still so nice!
Condo was very nice, perfect beach front and if you don’t like the beach(sand) there is a pool available as well.

Positive: - stunning views- communication with property manager was very quick to respond and offered solutions- Great location Negative:- there was black mold in the shower- when we first checked in, there was hair in two of the beds- the master bedding had blood stains on them- there was food under the couch from previous guests- the parking lot is extremely tight, in fact I dented by vehicle on a post hidden behind a bush- the dishwasher left dishes wet- washer and dryer were subpar

We loved our vacation, the only issues we had was the dishwasher didn’t work and one bed didn’t have a blanket it on it when we arrived. Other than that the condo was clean and very nice ! Short walk to the beach , pool was great ! Places to eat right across the street. If you have two cars I don’t recommend staying you will have to park second car in the shopping center across the street .

We really enjoyed the location and view. Access to beach and swimming pool was easy to access! The condo was clean , however the floors were in need of a good cleaning. We made breakfast every morning. The skillet were old and hard to cook with, the food either stuck to the pan or burnt. The master bedroom sliding door leaked water after a hard rain. Overall, we had fun and would stay in the area again.
We stayed during Spring Break 2025 and had a great time. The location is perfect, the water is clear, the beach is clean. This condo is nice. Love the style and decor. The view is amazing. It’s on the 4th floor with elevator access. The only negative was the “starter kit” that the management company provides is severely lacking and the do not give extras. They give a sponge but no dish soap, 1 TP roll per toilet, no small shampoo/conditioner bottles, not enough towels, no bath rugs or floor mats. 1 paper towel roll, zero spices (not even salt or pepper), 1 trash bag, and no cleaning spray. Just be prepared to bring more basic essentials than you would expect. Other than that, we did really enjoy our stay and would stay at this condo again. Oh and bring a wagon to haul your stuff back and forth to the.beach. And bring a volleyball set up.

Worst condo we've had in the 10 years coming to the Gulf Shores area. Dryer didn't work for the first 4 days, along with garbage disposal and 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms. Kitchen was in desperate need of new frying pans. No potholders, mold an dirt on shower corners.Ac unit on balcony and blows hot air directly on you. Never recommend this condo

Condo was as described and had an ample abundance of cutlery and dishes. Condo looked clean at arrival. Furniture was average but we did not spend much time in the condo, preferring to be on beach or sitting on the patio. The air conditioning cooled very well. There was a good amount of towels and a nice washer/dryer for laundry needs. Be sure to bring extra tp and kitchen hand towels as well as salt/pepper and anything needed for cooking meals. Dishwasher pods provided but no dishwasher soap for hand washing dishes. Several concerns: dishwasher did not work and despite calling the property manager twice, it was not repaired by the time we departed nor was I contacted about it as promised. Bring your own pillows as condo pillows were well-worn and some very hard. There were plenty of additional pillows in the closets but no extra pillow cases. Broken window blind slats in queen bed guest room. Clothing hangers are needed. What were available were bent and flimsy. Light switches in the bedrooms did not turn anything on or off which was confusing. The pool was unfortunately closed for the five days we were there and the building manager was not sure when it would reopen as a part was on order. Overall, it was an average unit that could use a deep clean but it was acceptable for the price we paid.

When we arrived, we noticed lots of dust, table on deck was filthy as well as the doors leading out to the deck. We cleaned the table and the glass doors.
Several kitchen items did not work and knives were very dull. The hand mixer smelled of smoke when we tried to use it and beaters would not work. We tried to open cans and could not because the can opener didn’t work.
We found pills on floor under one of the beds in the bedroom with twin beds. There was also a pillow behind the bed with bloodstains on the pillowcase. The point of telling you that is that whoever is cleaning the condo is not doing a thorough job. She/he should have noticed the pills and pillow. The twin beds are not attached to the headboards. The condo really needs a deep cleaning. We couldn’t get the TVs to work even after following the directions. The DVD players did not work either.
One of my friends needed a fan one night; the one we found had broken blades. We put the fan, mixer and can opener on the table so someone could take care of them instead of leaving them in the condo without being fixed/replaced for the next person.
We had a good stay and loved the location.
I felt I needed to make you aware of some issues since other people will be staying there.

Great Location with challenges
Pros: 1. Great Beachfront location on the end away from the crowds. 2. Plenty of dishes
Cons: 1. Checkin process difficult 2. Single elevator for entire building 3. A/C unit did not cool well & condenser on balcony was very loud 4. Not enough towels or toilet paper for a 1 week stay. 5. Torn screen needs replacement in MBR 6. Slow response to early morning fire alarm 7. Limited on-site parking
When we arrived we found out the pool and boardwalk were closed and that they had been closed for weeks prior to our arrival, we were not notified of this before driving 12 hours to get there.
The wifi didn’t work for the first couple days, the maintenance guy got it to work but for only short time periods, kept loosing it.
The AC wouldn’t cool down farther than 76 during the day.
There was a leak under the kitchen sink.
The AC unit is on the balcony where you sit to watch and listen to the ocean which you can’t here a thing out there because the AC was running continuously and it was loud.
Parking sucks at ocean breeze east espicially if you have a truck, it’s super tight and you only get one parking pass for a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 10.
In all a very disappointing stay at ocean breeze east, won’t be going back there ever again!
