Looking for a quiet family getaway, or celebrating your honeymoon? Look no further! Escape to paradise when you stay at this private and cozy upscale Bungalow by the Beach! Beat the crowds and never wait on an elevator again! This house accommodates 6 (8 upon request) people with one King (master bed), one queen (guest bed), two twin beds up in the loft (3rd level), and a full-size sleeper sofa on the main (2nd level) floor.

Located on Perdido Key, just one mile east of the famous FloraBama, this conveniently located 3 Bedroom/2 Bath stand-alone upscale villa is just steps from the private beach boardwalk. Across the street on the riverside of the complex, there is a pool, fishing pier, gazebo, and a Molokai boat dock for use on a first-come, first-served basis. There isn't a boat launch area.

Tastefully decorated, this home away from home has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. It offers comfortable beds, tub/shower combos in both bathrooms, a large kitchen, smart TVs in all rooms, local channels on the main smart TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. AC unit works well (new condenser in 2025)...very comfortable and cool when you want it! And, a new water heater was installed, March 2025.

There are three levels to this condo. As you drive up to the property, you will find two designated parking spaces under the house on the first level. The entrance is located on the second floor just off the spacious deck. Sit at the four-person deck height table for a peaceful early morning coffee al fresco!

As you enter through the French doors on the first level, you will find the family room with plenty of seating, including a sleeper couch with a connected chaise, 2 swivel club chairs, a bar that seats 3, and a 65-inch flat screen smart HDTV. Connected by the bar, this open floor plan affords a coastal kitchen with gorgeous black granite countertops and a glass table that seats 4. There is a full-size washer and dryer off the dining area. Flooring includes a beautiful neutral, faux wood LVP throughout the entire first floor and wall-to-wall carpet in the loft.

The kitchen is complete with dishes and quality appliances for all your dining needs, including an electric/induction range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), crock-pot, toaster, toaster oven, and blender.

Down the hall is the guest room with a full bath across the hall. In addition to the queen pillow-top mattress, this room features a 32-inch smart TV and a large closet. The master bedroom and bathroom, located at the end of the hall, is nicely decorated with a distressed cottage-style bedroom set and include a king pillow-top mattress, a 42-inch TV equipped with a Roku, a closet armoire, and a tub/shower combo. Luxury 610 thread count cotton sheets for all bedding and large luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels are provided.

A Jacob's ladder off the kitchen provides access to the loft on the 3rd level. The loft is used as a third bedroom. The kids will love this cozy hideout!

If you need an inside day, you will even find some books, puzzles, and games to occupy your time. Or you can escape from the sun on a really hot day as you relax on the lanai located under the house. Bring your own hammock swing from home and hang under (we provide the hooks) the covered lanai for a relaxing, shady escape. Here you will find some beach items! Beach chairs are available.
