Breathtaking oceanfront views from almost every window in this COMPLETELY remodeled 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath, two level end unit townhome!

There are unobstructed ocean views all the way to Rehoboth from the family room, dining area, deck, hallway, master bedroom and porch!

We are located right in the heart of Dewey at the end of McKinley Street...right on the sand! There is no building closer to the water in all of Dewey.

If you choose to wake up early, you will witness amazing sunrises right from the comfort of your own bed or enjoy a cup of coffee on the new master porch to start your day.

This home was gutted right down to the studs and redesigned as a dream beach retreat!

This beauty has a Private entrance that leads you right down to beach dune!

The first floor is an open floor plan concept with ocean views throughout!

You enter the townhome (using a digital code...no searching through your bag for a key) into a redesigned entry way with new powder room. You will immediately notice the beautifully refinished pine floors.

The Dining area has a table large enough for 6 people who can also enjoy the beach and ocean views.

The Kitchen designed for those chefs on vacation includes quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, spacious soft-close drawers and cabinets, and a Bosche “quiet” dishwasher.

The Family room has an extra large picture window giving you an expansive ocean front view towards Rehoboth. There is also a new 4K Smart TV loaded with Apps as well as cable.

Sliders off the Family room lead out to the Oceanside deck with built in ocean-facing bar and additional sitting sitting area.

Second floor includes Master bedroom with brand new picture window offering a breathtaking view of the beach, ocean and all things to the North. King-sized bed, newly added full master bath with large quartz vanity.

All new Ocean-front second floor porch with breathtaking views to both the North and South.

There are two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have a new bunk bed system with a twin bed over a full bed.

The 2nd floor fully remodeled Hall Bath also has a new large quartz vanity, tub, and shower.

After your day on the beach, walk up the private steps to the West deck area to drop your beach gear and hit the outside shower or have a drink at the built-in bar with sweeping ocean views. The outdoor shower area also has a washer and dryer!

This home also features private parking, all new Anderson double hung windows, central air and heat with Nest control, and newly decorated with all new designer furniture. Protected by Ring Doorbell at entrances to home.

Exactly as pictured, maybe more perfect than the photos which I didn't think was possible. We loved hearing the ocean waves from the Master bedroom. The layout of the entire house is perfect for our family with the two additional bunk bedrooms. We enjoyed the private stairs and walkway to the dunes right to the beach. The location of the house is central and made everything in Dewey seem right out our front door. The owner was so wonderful and welcoming! We cannot wait to book this exact place in the future - 15 stars!

Girls’ Weekend

This is a wonderful place to stay and I recommend it highly. It was spotlessly clean in a quiet and peaceful community. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was extremely comfortable. The best was waking up to morning coffee on the deck. I would absolutely rent here again.

We love this property. This was our second time staying here. The owner is very easy to work with and communicates quickly. We absolutely loved our vacation home! Maisy was lovely to work with and very responsive to questions. The home was in perfect condition upon arrival and looks brand new. Location wise, we were steps from the beach and just down the street from multiple restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful View & Location

The location of the unit is ideal, I’ve never been closer to the sand! The windows give you a view of the dunes/ocean that makes you feel like you aren’t missing a thing being inside and you get everything the beach has to offer, except sandy, from the upstairs porch. Great location for walking around Dewey and the movies/marshmallow nights on the beach. Just a mile in the sand to the Rohoboth boardwalk, which I walked with my 10 & 12 year olds one evening (we took the trolley home). Really lovely, we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation

This is a stunning beachfront home. Very special property, as described by owners. Location is so convenient. Walk out private gate directly onto path to waterfront. Easy back and forth between beach and house. Huge windows and sliding glass doors keep the shoreline close even while you are inside. Interior is new and clean. Powder room on first level is so convenient. Communication with owner could not have been better! We are grateful for the great vacation we were able to enjoy at this fabulous home. We were able to walk everywhere, especially to restaurants and coffee shops.

Wonderful weekend at the beach

Four friends headed to the beach for a getaway birthday weekend. The place was just as we pictured, overlooking the beach (we saw dolphins from the deck!) and a quick walk over the dune to be on the beach. Everything was lovely and clean and we had a great time. Highly recommend! Easy walk into town with bars and restaurants (and coffee!) Are planning on returning next year with the same group for another fun girls' getaway! ANotes: Coffee machine is a Keurig, so if you don't bring pods you need to buy coffee or bring your own machine Also, toilet paper is not provided. We arrived late on a Friday night with four people and had almost no TP in any of the bathrooms. This was a drag. I'd rather pay 10 more for the rental and have the TP provided, but that's me! :)

In 2017 we sold two of our condos in Dewey beach in order to achieve our life-long dream of owning an ocean front property. Gary grew up in Slower Lower Delaware, and Maisy grew up in Baltimore. We now live in Delaware County, PA with our three kids who are 16, 14, and 8.

Location, Location, Location! There was no house in Dewey closer to the ocean with direct access to the beach dune!
