Great Stay!

Overall we really enjoyed Dewey and the house! Everything was as described and it was nice having the the sheets and towels on our beds, ready to when we got there! Would come back!

Good location for vacation

Good location, morden and updated kitchen, very nice roof top. Overall, it was good vacation rental. One negative, it could be more cleaner.

Great place in Dewey!

I want to give this a bad review so it doesn't fill up in the future but I cannot! The place was great! Very clean and new!! The outdoor shower was clutch as most are at the beach. The upstairs deck was awesome as well!

Perfect location! Felt like a 5 star hotel!

We were blown away by the look of this house. The bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and high end! It was less than a block to the beach, restaurants and bars. We could not have asked for a better property! OHHH and sooooo well stocked!

Lovely beach house

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well appointed house. We provided some feedback about mold in the showers but otherwise a great vacation. Walked everywhere we wanted to go and short Uber to Rehoboth Beach.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is perfectly located to the beach, bay, restaurants and shopping! The roof-top deck was stunning and the house is well appointed. Vacasa was very responsive to any issues we had. 100% recommend!!!

Top deck made the Vacation

This is a top tier vacation rental. The location was ideal, it was very clean and quite spacious. The owners have included many, many household items that make the home comfortable and easy. The rooftop deck is nothing short of amazing: great views and so much added living space.

Check-in and check-out were flawless. The decor in the place is very nice and the location is in walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay again. Family Thanksgiving trip

Enjoyed our November trip to Dewey Beach, the location was great. Not only was it an easy 3 minute walk to the beach, the house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 little ones. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, plus there was a grill on the roof top deck with a wonderful view of the ocean and bay. Loved the area, even though it was the ‘off season’ there were still places open and with in easy walking distance. Would highly recommend this place to families looking to enjoy the beach no matter the time of year.

Great Stay!

House was overall in line with our expectations. Was well kept, and had a great rooftop patio! It was also very nice having all of the beach chairs, toys, etc already at the house. Gorgeous home

House was absolutely beautiful with a great floor plan. Gorgeous views and the roof top deck had plenty of furniture The entire house was done right Very clean and homeowners and VASCA were extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. I loved the generous amount of linens and little extras in bathrooms/kitchen. Best stocked kitchen in a rental that I have ever seen. Fantastic location too.

Great for a long weekend

The property was exactly as pictured. It was incredibly well stocked which made for easy prep for our long, Thanksgiving weekend. The location, right off the main road, makes it easy to get to all the surrounding attractions within minutes. The property manager was always available, even over the holiday. They were very responsive in fixing our door when the lock battery needed replaced.

Perfect space and location!!!

Nine ladies spent the weekend here for some time away. This rental would be perfect for a family or two. It was too cold/rainy for the rooftop but I imagine it would be stunning in the right weather conditions. Close to everything. No noise from the street. Highly recommend.

Friends Trip

Had a great time, the property was very clean. Parking is very strict and received several automated noise texts when just listening to music in the middle of the day. But the house was very nice.
