I leased this property for my employees to stay in. Tom the owner was really great about communication and easy to work with. The home is very clean and well decorated. Would highly recommend for extended stays.
Very clean and spacious property in a very safe area. Pretty much whatever you need is there to use. There is a nice park area to walk just across the street. Tom, the owner, was very pleasant and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this place.
Great place to spend February away from the cold. Very clean, awesome location. Walks on the Grayhawk greenway, hikes in the Sonoran desert and McDowell mountains. Lots to do enjoying Scottsdale. Our host, Tom was great! He was very attentive to our needs and had lots of suggestions for enjoying our stay.
We live in the midwest so by February-March it's time for us to recharge our batteries in one of our favorite destinations Scottsdale, AZ. If you get what I'm saying then I would highly recommend Tom's property. The house met all our needs. It was as described. Perfectly located with access to great restaurants, shopping, golf, pro sports and McDowell. And the owner Tom is just an absolutely fantastic guy!! This place was perfect for us. Plenty of room to work and enjoy the 3 weeks spent here. Tom was responsive and helpful to our questions. The location is great, close to grocery, food, golf and hiking. We will definitely plan on staying again.
This was a great rental house for our family. It's a high end property, in a high end neighborhood, in a great location. Tom was easy to deal with as well.
This house was well provided with everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating whenever we needed help. But for us, the best part was the location, Across the street was the greenway and many other walks and paths: great exercise for both us and our pup.

Perfect Vacation
My wife and a friend were here to compete in the Region 7 Arabian horse show championships. I came to play golf. The house was perfectly located. Great golf nearby, and less than 15 minutes to our barn. Tom the homeowner was not only easy to work with, but concerned enough to check and make sure everything was taken care of. The home was clean and in great shape I will look forward to our next visit, and Tom’s home will be the first place I look.

Very accomadating - has everything you need !
This property is in great condition and was very clean. It has everything you need to get started immediately on your vacation including paper goods, drinks and even some toiletries !
The owner is available for any requests or problems that you might have. It is in a great location and close to so many good restaurants, movie theater, walking trails and golf courses. We will definitely be booking with this property again in the future.

lovely, new, sparkling clean house in a great neighborhood
Had a really great stay here. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed linens were beautifully silky soft and the towels were large and plush. The owner thoughtfully provided amenities like games, Cox contour, and a grill. I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

I was raised in beautiful Colorado Springs. My wife and I moved to Scottsdale in 2010 for a business opportunity and to be closer to our kids and grand kids. My working career has included real estate sales and investments as well as a number of years in the office furniture business in Colorado Springs. I have been engaged in commercial property tax reductions for the ten years. We have one other vacation rental nearby and enjoy being in the hospitality business.
